    As for Wedding Times i strongley suggest you look up the sunset time for your wedding date and talk to your photographer. I am getting married May 15 2013 and the sun will be setting at 7:20pm. I have my ceremony planned for 6pm.

    Most of my guests booked through my travel agent who set up the group block for me. Not sure where you live but coming from Canada we will do a week vacation not just a weekend like most. But some guests have chosen to get their own flights and book the hotel on their own as well. These will not count under my guest room block or my room count towards the promotions

    I was under the impression that they didnt do contracts anymore either. I have emailed the wedding planner and will let you know what she says when I hear back.

    Ladies- has everyone signed a contract? My Travel agent has booked my group block and I have confirmation of my date and time with a wedding number. But I have not signed a contract and that always makes me nervous.

    Mention the $500 vendor fee to your photographer.. they might work with you. Mine spilt the $500 with me so gave me an extra $250 off their price

    Ladies you can just google the sun set time for the day you are getting married.. For example my wedding is May 15 and the sun should be setting at 7:20pm in Canun. I am haveing a 6pm wedding.
