Hi, Those are the big decision when planning a destination wedding. I hope you'll find the vendor you like. I used a outside florist. His name is Marvin from Maya Floral. He's email address is [email protected] and his website is http://www.mayafloral.com. I'm attaching some of my flower shots from my photographer Laura Ivanova below. I think Marvin did a great job and the flowers are really fresh and beautiful. I hope this help, let me know if you have any other questions. -

You're welcome girl. You're so sweet. How is your wedding planning coming along? Sarah -
If you wanting your wedding party to be unforgettable then look no further because DJ Julian is who you should book. My husband and I were recently married at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya. We hired Julian from Mood Event as our DJ during our reception. Julian was very professional and friendly to talk to throughout our entire wedding planning process. He always replied to all my questions so quickly in the emails and on the phone. I had a small wedding group (16 people) and I was worried that no one would get up and dance but DJ Julian worked his magic and got everyone on their feet to the dance floor. He also handed out all these dance props like balloons and glow sticks to the guests to make it more fun. I loved how Julian made the reception more interactive and the props made the reception even more memorable. He played everything we asked him to and added in some hits that were to our liking. Everything went smoothly and definitely kept the party going all night. And at the end of our reception, all our guests raved how fun and amazing the entire night went! To Julian - Thank you so much for making our wedding party so special and you were beyond amazing. Hi QueenBennett, I just got married last month at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. I have used HWCINEMA to document our wedding day, and their work is truly remarkable. Our family and friends can't stop complimenting the great highlight video they did for us. Our highlight video not only tells a story of us, but also captured the moment and brought us right back the excitement of our big day. You can check out our highlight video and their works. Good Luck with your planning! Our Highglight video: Their site: www.hwcinema.com Sarah Wu -
We had been living together and got a lot of things for each other over the years. So I decided to get him something that's really percious and keepsake. It's a set of Asian dolls in their tradition red dresses. In Chinese culture, red means wedding. Since we got marry in Mexico, I still wanted to keep a bit of our Chinese heritage. This gift was perfect!

Hi Arch713, Thank you so much. I had a travel blog and a lot and I love to travel too. So my photographer gave me an idea to do something more like a travel theme. It was pretty cute idea. As for my wedding a lot things got moved and changed due to the weather. It was pouring all day and I almost couldn't have my ceremony on the beach. They push back and waited an hour to set up the ceremony , and luckily rain stop right before my ceremony and I got to have a ceremony on the beach. However the cocktail hour and reception all got moved indoor instead of the beach and garden. But it was still the best day of my life beacuse i got married to the man I love. Here is a picture of the reception.

No Bridesmaids. What to do?

I agree with some of the other comments too. After all it's your big day and when it come down to it's all about you and him. My situation was a little bit different than yours. We have 16 people at our wedding and only 3 of them are my husband's friend. My husband's parent can't make it to Mexico from China. And his' best man bail out on us last minute with lame excuse, but the groom's man step up (one man short for all the photos). However he was so happy during the wedding trip and nothing really matter to him on our special day (even though it was raining and a lot plan got changed but wedding still goes on). Afterall it's all about you and your fiance. Best of everything and don't stress too much -
I just got back from my wedding at Riviera Maya and I finally had some time to start sharing all my photos and experience. I enjoy photography a lot, so I was concerned about hiring a photographer down there or though the resort. After much debate and research on photographers, I went with the option of hiring Laura Ivanova from the state and bring her down to Mexico with us. Laura is a such amazing photographer to work with. I love the way she sees and captures us through her eyes. After seeing our NYC travel theme engagement photos, we couldn't have been happier with our choice and the result. So now I'm looking forward to my wedding photos. If you're looking for a wedding photographer please check out her beautiful works on http://www.lauraivanovablog.com. I also want to thank my make-up artist Jina Yoon at JAC Beauty. She turned me into a model! More at my blog: http://www.swgraphic.com/v2/blog/travel-themed-nyc-engagement-shot-by-laura-ivanova/
