I am getting married on March 14, 2013 at Moon Palace and received a spreadsheet from my wedding coordinator Alejandra. So far I have the complimentry package and adding options. I have 18 nights but some folks are booking next month and should be at 30 nights by then. I will get a free cocktail hour and paying for a private function. I will be using Marvin for my flowers and PSAV for speaker and iPod since they are cheaper than JSAV. Also will be using Ocean Photo Studio (Smile Market). I am wondering if I should make an itinerary for the wedding day?!? Any suggestion.

Hello, I was just informed that my wedding coordinator is Alejandra. She sent me some pictures of the private function areas and the gazebos. Also, she referred me to get in touch with Zari Goushehguir from Zuñiga, [email protected], for information regarding décor. I signed up for the complimentry wedding package but since I'm booking directly with the resort I had to pay my room in full in order to hold the rooms for my guest.I was also able to get a group discount directly with United airlines for the flights. I also recieved my wedding website link for my guest to make reservations and leave a deposit on their rooms. I just mailed out my invitations. Everything has been good so far.

Hello! I just got my confirmation email for our wedding date of March 14, 2013 at Moon Palance. I signed up for the complimentary wedding package and no deposit was required. Does anyone know if we can add flowers to the complimentary wedding package or can we get them from a outside vendor? Congralutions to all on your engagement and happy wedding planning!
