I too am concerned with also worried about the quote my TA agent gave me. This is what my TA sent me: July 31st - August 5th? 5nights $l 042 single $814 p/p double $789 plp triple $314 per child 12-2 3nights $651 single $5l4 pp double $499 pp triple $2l4 per child Additional nights-$196 single, $l50 p/p double, $l45 p/p triple, $50 per child Does this seem right ??? I am terriied that my guests are going to be truned off by the price. I've already signed "the contract"... Do you think it is too late to look for quotes from other TA???

I don't believe you have to reserve so far in advance. You can always shoot your WC an email that you will be interested but I am pretty sure you can work it out when you get there... That's what I am doing. Also, you can ask past brides what the best restaurant for your group might be. I got the idea of having our welcome dinner at Portofino's from a past bride (http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/t/73522/janines-drc-mexico-wedding-planning-thread-pic-heavy-pages-1-7-are-the-thread-11-11-10/30). I am also the Ultimate package photography at the rehearsal dinner. My WC Lorena made it clear that if I don't use the video/photography I lose it =(

Congratulations on finding your dress!! It is beautiful. I have an appointment to go to Klienfields in 3 weeks. I am not too found of being on TV but just out of curiosity... Do you have to request to be filmed or do they film everyone then later decide if you want it aired???

Unfortunately, we have to pay $12/pp. Which sucks because its an all-inclusive... We kinda wanted to get everyone together before the wedding so the families can meet and greet. Also, its going to be an all-white dinner so that'll be fun!!

We're going to distribute our OOT bags at our welcome dinner. We're having it the first night we get there at Portofino Restaurant. This is just my opinion... It doesn't make sense for us to pay $3/pp to deliver the bags and we plan to have a welcome dinner for all our guests that same night anyway.

Hello DRC past & present Brides, Does anyone know how many hours of photography is included in the Ultimate package? I would like to know because I plan on using the photography for either my Rehearsal dinner or our romantic dinner on the beach. Has anyone use their photography for something else? I am doing a Boudoir photoshoot and give him the album the day of the wedding... He is going to LOVE it!!! I may also buy him a nice watch (he loves watches as well)!!!

I have been searching high and low for the perfect map of Mexico to use as our Guestbook (our guest would sigh on the map and later I will frame and hang it up in our home)...
