Good Luck on your resort choice! Can't wait to see which one you choose. My FI and I were about to book our venue at The Cloisters in the Bahamas, and we planned to stay at the Atlantis resort.. And then I found The Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. It was love at first sight!.. lol.. The were just built in 07, I believe. All rooms are very nice suites, marbled, jacuzzi's in all rooms. Instead of having 1 or 2 small pools, there pools are a lazy river type layout that wraps all through the resort. It's all-inclusive, foods, snacks, drinks, even alcohol. ) Did I mention the prices are amazing for such a nice resort?.. Another plus to me, is many many women are getting married there so there is great support and info here on BDW and they also have a Facebook page just for brides. TONS of info, pictures, anything you could possibly need. They have an adults only section for not much more which includes special privledges, a butler, in room bar, and too many other things that I can't remember.Activities every hour. Ceremony choice of the Beach, Gazebo or even a chapel. Also, you can have a semi private dinner for up to 60 persons for free. Small fee for each person over 60. Were you not able to book a certain time with your resort? Did they give you any insite to whether the ceremony will take place around noon or in the evening?

Koyal Wholesale sells the raffia fans.. ) Not sure if they deliver to the UK though. :-/ You could make a bin for unwanted fans.. Just a thought. And then you could sell them once you got home to get some money back. ) Now that I think about people sweating, I wonder if we should come up with items for everyone.. hmm.. I def don't want to see sweaty people in our photos. lol

Geeze, how rude!!. We had a few people try to tell us where we should go for our own wedding, it annoyed me beyond belief. I was soo relieved once we booked where we wanted to go and just sent the Save the Dates. I haven't heard any crap from anyone, YAY! I've just decided to not ask anyone if they will be there or not, as long as the FI and I are there, then that's all that really matters. ) Cinnagirl, aren't you staying at ME? If so, we'll have to meet up at some point. We'll be there from 5/27 until 6/4.

Hey Girls!!.. You def do not have to share pictures if you don't want to!. I do encourage you take them and keep them for yourself so that you can see your progress for yourself. ) It's what I use to kick my butt in gear, because I can see when I'm progressing and when I'm slacking. Ngrita... LOL... I'll trash talk you if you trash talk me!!.. lol.. I can't seem to be able to stay away from Taco Bell and Reese Pieces.. ( I will gladly add you both to our email we have going around. )

I also plan to do my own make-up.. I'm on the hunt now for a great stay put make-up. Right now I use Estee Lauder stay put or something of that nature and it lasts all day, but I'm thinking of going to MAC or somewhere else like that to find a really good makeup that will withstand the heat if needed. I also have combo skin so I'm a tough one to please. ( As far as hair, I plan to do a mock trial at home soon to see if my hair will cooperate, take a pic, then take it to the ME salon unless someone in my family can master the skill.

Some aren't so bad, but I know in a few of my packs that I did open there were at least 2 mini ones per pack. And those were a huge difference. I was thinking I would only need 30-40 but I still purchased 60. But if I need more I'll just use the smaller ones rather than buying more.

A lady on another post said that OT told her they were sold out until January! I'm soo thankfull we went ahead and ordered ours. ) I have already wrapped mine and I have them in a box standing straight up. I wish I would have waited on my bows because they now have creases.. I'll probably take them off, iron them out and reassemble the bows closer to our date or once we get to ME. I'm thinking about emptying a plastic storage bucket and laying them flat since we have several months to go. I think they are made well enough that they aren't going to get damaged. Also, far warning the sizes vary!.. I had some mini mini ones, but thought they would be cute for kids, but soo glad I ordered extra.

ME has an adults only section. So if your guests would like to be away from children, there is a section were no children are allowed, plus other perks. It just costs a little bit more. This option is called the Elegance Club. But to answer your question, children are more than welcome. ) we too are having children attend our wedding.

I want to go to your wedding! lol.. How have you gotten soo many people to book already?.. ) Oh and I'll be moving to Atlanta around next May!.. I visit there every other weekend since my FI lives there. That's a great idea to purchase the bags once you get there, so you wont have to worry about transporting them! I too wanted nice bags, but settled for reusable tote bags from Old Navy since they fit our orange and pink theme perfectly! Love the tequila and drink recipe ideas!.. Our resort is all inclusive and all the rooms have mini bars, I was thinking out buying drink books or DIY a list of what the resort offers.. Still debating. I like that yall are going early, I'm sure you will be able to find a ton of goodies!!.. I want to go to Mexico, I've never been out of the country, but FI said we had to pick at destination he hasn't been to a bunch so we found Punta Cana that no one in our families seem to have heard of before.. lol.. I can't wait to see how your OOT bags come out, and all the goodies you get! Don't forget to take pictures. )

Yes ma'am ) I think it's an awesome idea still. That way people can't say they forgot.. lol I think we will either send Christmas photo cards with the RSVP reminder note on it or Printed Christmas cards with the reminder to return RSVP cards or RSVP via or website. )

I am soo ready to get back to the DIY projects and OOT bags!! I can't wait til we get a good head count which seems like it will be forever from now. I guess as far as the paper DIY's we can go ahead and design those and then just print as many as we need when the time comes. ) What type of items do you plan to purchase while in Mexico? That is a great idea!

I sent our Save the Dates at the end of June.. I've noticed many ladies have already mailed their invites, so I started feeling behind. I'm hoping to get mine printed and in the mail by no later than the middle of September with my RSVP return date of February 28th.

Seems like you and I are in the exact same boat.. I have tried on several dresses but haven't been able to commit yet. I really want to get toned up a bit and feel good about my body first.. But I'm thinking I need to put the pedal to the medal and find one I love and feel good in and can commit to due to the designer shipping times.. I don't want my dress arriving at the last minute. I have a vision for my girls dresses, but I've just got to find what I have in mind and make sure it looks good on all of my girls. I'm doing passport invites. ) I'm hoping to get them printed out within the next week or two and assembled. I did a postcard RSVP so I wouldn't have to purchase extra unnessary envelopes. ) but the luggage tags are super cute also!
