Enerlise, how is it going? Great job on getting back on that treadmill! Don't forget the first day back is ALWAYS the hardest. So anytime you finish an exercise you have never done or haven't done in a while, remind yourself, that was the hardest workout you will have and it will only get better from here.
Are you still doing WW? If you haven't gone to meeting this week, it is such a good topic, Why Tracking Works. I'm 4 1/2 months in to WW and after losing my initial 20 ish pounds, I started slacking. I have the gym thing under-control, as I am going about 5-6 days a week, but my eating habits have gotten a little worse. I am now trying to re-motivate myself as I still want to lose about 18 more pounds before our November 2012 wedding. (Totally do-able I just need to keep it off!) So, let me know how you are doing! I am always here if you need encouragement, motivation, or someone to say bravo for your excellent workouts! Get it, girl! Don't forget, all the sweat, pain, and sore muscles will be so worth it on the big day
