Thanks to everyone for the insight on what to expect in regards to WC response time. It's a huge comfort knowing other couples are going through the same thing! I'm understand our wedding isn't their first priority because it's so far out, but just want to make the deposit to secure the date and am surprised they aren't more anxious to take our money! Also, wanted to ask if everyone suggests booking through a travel agent and if so there are any suggestions on a quality company/agent? I know it will be more organized booking through an agent, but is the price really better? -
Thanks, Ann. I'm sure this forum will prove very useful during the planning process when we are unable to get quick responses from the WCs.

BC Bride, Annie has not responded to us either. We have emailed and called (left voicemails) many times over the last few weeks. I understand she is busy in her new position, but one of the things that sold us on Las Caletas was the great reviews on Kelley & the other wedding coordinators. I'm a little worried now that Kelley is gone. She would always respond by the next day. I guess we'll have to wait and see if Annie picks her game up. Let's both cross our fingers.

Wondering if anyone has recently used sparklers at Las Caletas and if so if you brought them over or shipped them before hand. Reading through past posts and it seems the rules changed on allowing sparklers. Thanks! Lauren
