  1. 1) I use this amazing cleanser- DDF Glycolic Exfoliating Wash 5% - 8 oz....it's a bit pricey, but you only need a little and it actually works 2) Weight Watchers. it's the healthiest way to eat. The points system is so easy. 2 & 3) Yoga.....as someone whose brain never shuts down, I need my weekly yoga. it's the only time I feel calm.   4. I never tried the old program, but my FI did. From what he has said, the new program is much better. We both feel like we're eating a lot and I haven't felt deprived at all.
  5. those cheese straws sound amazing. Does anyone know if they're still 2 points or if the points value has changed with the new program?

  7. I'm doing WW online. It's much easier than going to meetings, especially if you aren't a meetings-type person (like me). It's easy to follow, and you can still treat yourself every now and then
