Ugh!!!!!!!! Having the worst day ever!!!!! Last week I would say I actually did really well, I worked out 4 days at home (better than week one with only 1 day of exercise) and did really well with my eating, with the exception of having 2 cookies last night. And today on the scale...? Absolutely ZERO change, sure ya it's good I didn't gain but after trying so hard and saying no to so many delicious things all week at least 1/2 a pound would have been nice.
