Ok so i decided i wanted to make barefoot sandals for my OOT bags for all the women. I've finnished two pairs and even though i still have about 15 pairs to go i was to excited and wanted to post what i have so far! Don't mind the bad pic it was the best i could get. Please let me know what you think or what i can do to improve

Hey Katman!! Im not sure what the differences are between stag n does and winnipeg wedding socials but here the majority of tickets are sold to people you dont even really know or people that wouldnt even be invited to the wedding even if it was at home. Like everyone i work with and their friends, my fiances work place and their friends. Here you just give tickets to your family and bridal party to sell to whoever they know. So in the end theres anywhere from 300 to 1000 people depending on the hall. Obviously you wouldn't invite 1000 people to a wedding lol. I think its fine for DWs as long as the money is still being used for the wedding. I mean if your DW is only costing you 4000 then maybe forgo a social. but my DW is costing alot more since its not at an AI, i still have a full reception and open bar to pay for lol so in the end my DW is costing more then if i was to have my wedding at home. Either way if you think everyone would be ok with it then i say go for it!!! Socials are always a good time, tons of fun and cheap booze!! Here people prefer to goto a social for $3.00 drinks instead of a bar and paying $6.00 plus theres food and prizes to be won, who cares where the money goes. I've even been to a social by two guys trying to raise funds to go packbacking in europe (yes in winnipeg socials are held to raise money for anything).

ok so i figured it all out.... if your looking to upgrade i downloaded the torrent Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus with Activator by Azureas75 on pirate bay. It is an ISO file so if you dont have a program to open it without burning to disc i recomend Deamon Tools Lite.. its free and took 2 mins. Once the torrent was downloaded i opened it with daemon tools and ran setup. The install took a long time but after the install and a reboot i ran the activator that cam with the torrent, that took 30secs. Im not computer savy and did this all with the help of google and youtube and now it all works fine!!! Also my new first aid kit lable in purple

this is more peacock themed but the colors look awesome together. just change all the feathers to whatever beachy accents you found in turquoise. or for the bridesmaids you could do something like this

i agree turquoise doesnt stand out enough so i would say either pink and orange (which seems to be the favorite on these threads) or stay with purple. Im doing purple myself but im not doing a tropical theme so i have no issues. If you can only find beachy stuff in the pink and orange of turquoise why not mix one of those colors with the purple. Like purple in turquoise (bridesmaids dresses in purple so they dont blend into the ocean) or purple and orange

I found a maggie sottero dress online that i immediately fell in love with. No authorized retailer in my city (or province) carried a sample. I called stores in the states and other provinces and the closest one was in calgary... a 13hr drive. I originally was going to make the drive but because this dress was already $300 over my budget before taxes (so almost $600 over after) and then still alterations, i decided to just order it without trying it on (very scary). I have tried on many gowns with the same silhouette and knew i would love the fit, it was just a case of getting the details right, some dresses had lace but no tulle, or tulle with no lace, or both but no beading.. my Aiden had it all, its perfect and i cant wait for it to come in so i can try it on.

ok ill try but first i have to find a torrent of publisher as i have nothing on my computer!! Just realized all i have is paint.. lol damn 3 month free trials then they stop working. How am i supposed to design anything in paint.

Hey im also interested on how to change the color of the first aid clipart.. I also found it on google in blue but i want it in dark purple and i cant seem to change the color!!! How did you do it?

I know I got a quote for them as well. The same $2500 travel fee for Jamaica and the photographer available was matt and his basic package cost was almost 5g. Nevermind a TTD shoot after. It would be like 10g. Almost the budget for my whole weddding lol. A girl can dream.

Me and my fiancé are also setting aside $500 a month each into a separate account. Also where I'm from your sorta expected to have a wedding social which raises some funds. Once nov 30 rolls around my loan is finished so that also frees up an extra 450 a month (wooohoooo) so by next may we feel we should be good. Also we've cut back on eating out and shopping and instead are spending that money on the little things we can pick up between now and the wedding like stuff for oot bags and decor.

I bought my dress!!! I have yet to try it on as no store in my city carries a sample and the closest store that does is 13hrs away!! But ive tried on the designer and this silhouette many times but the details were never quite right.. i just kept saying i love the fit but if only it had lace (or tulle, or ruffles, or beading, or a corset) like the aiden. Oringinally i was going to make the 13hr drive to try it on but decided that with taking time off work, the hotel, and the gas and the fact that the dress was originally over budget that it would just be too much money. So i decided yesterday to go ahead and order it anyway!!!! Im surprisingly at ease with this. I also got a great deal. I negotiated almost $600 off the MSRP to get it down to exactly my budget after tax!!! Just my alterations will put it over. Here's my dress!

dress one looks fabulous on you however i prefer dress 2.. but its hard to say for sure without seeing it on i just like the style better

So today i bought my dress. Its been a long process to say the least. I fell in love with a dress online months ago.. the picture of this dress has been on my phone ever since and i look at it almost daily. The problem was that no bridal shop in my city carries this dress. In fact the closest retailer that carries a sample is a 13 hour drive away!!! I actually bought a dress about a month ago and had buyers remorse after cause i kept looking at it and comparing it to the one that i cant get out of my head. Turns out my deposit didnt go through on that dress so it was never ordered. i was relieved. So today i decided to just go ahead and order it without even trying it on (ahhhhhhh!!!!) I have tried on many dresses in this silhouette and i know i love the fit. Now im just hoping its everything ive hoped it to be and 'the one' lol. Heres a pic of the dress Has anyone out there bought a dress without trying it on first? How did it go, did you still love it?

Hey thats an awesome price!! Im bringing down my own welcome bags with the normal things like hangover kit, survival kit, im doing barefoot sandals for all the ladies, and probably some other things but i really wouldnt mind adding some of the jamaican stuff. i wouldnt want the beach bag as i'm making my own personal one but the rum and jerk sauce maybe a rum cake...... do you know if they do the individual items or do you have to do a full bag? also is that for montego bay only or do they deliver to negril?

For the advil packets/tylenol packets i just perfer the travel tubes you can buy from dollarama fro $2. each tube has 10 pills so i think its a pretty good deal. I havent found emergen-c. thinking maybe getting the gatorade packs but no idea how much those are yet.
