Hello!!!! Such lovely bags!!! Can i ask how you stenciled the flower on? do you use paint? what kind? i was planning on hand stamping my bags but i think stenciling might be a better idea as its larger and more vibrant! but i guess it depends if i find a stencil i like

I LOVE this!!! Totally the look im trying to create as well... even same color scheme although mine is a bit deeper purple. Did you make the mr & mrs sign or buy it? Also is that burlap in the center of the table?

Also having this same problem. My mom has no idea what to wear and of course it doesnt help that shes a larger woman and short so finding something shes happy with is difficult.

Oh YAY!!!!!! Another TP (perhaps) bride!!!!! I was also considering Jakes at one point but it just seems so far from everything, i think i read it was 2.5 hours from mobay airport. And not alot of stuff in the surrounding area to do so if you want to check out jamaica it will be long bus rides to everything. I do have two families staying at beaches down the road.... so 4 adults and 4 kids. TP does allow kids but those families were uncomfortable with the cliffs as the kids will be 4-7 and a bit harder to keep an eye on. They also didnt want to have to keep the kids entertained as beaches as the water slides, babysitting and lots of kids activities. Also another reason for the families staying there is that one of them is a lawyer (bigshot) adn he has to be available at all times for video confrence calls and such and TP only has internet in the restaurant (not even sure if it highspeed). I was told that TP requires 90% of guests to stay at the resort, 8 people at beaches is over 10% for us, so it was really stressing me out so my fiance called the front desk and explained the situation and she just kept saying 'no worries mon' lol so hopefully this is not a problem for us. we are still gonna have about 26-28 people staying at tp and already have 10 cottages booked one of which is the long house which sleeps 6. You are allowed outside vendors but there is a $500 outside vendor fee, BUT, if that vendor is your family and staying at the resort the minimum 3 nights then there is no fee. Im bringing down my own photogrpaher who is family and staying 4 nights so no fee. Shanique doesnt really get into the planning of the wedding until closer to the date. Mine is may and she said we would start planning in January. I beleive they only have one wedding planner so obviously she has to focus on the closer upcoming weddings then ones next year so i dont have to much info except the menus and open bar pricing. Me and my fiance are also thinking of a steel drum band but the price alicianegril gave me is a bit beyond our price range i think as we would want 2 hours, ceremony and cocktail hour. But i dont know if there are any other vendors yet. When is your date?

Hey Cherany!!! I too have run out of steam for planning.. just not sure what to do and everything else seems half done. Have venue booked, photographer booked, dress and bridesmaids dresses purchased. I have yet to start my formal invites even though i know those have to go out soon, and ive been very slowly working on OOT bags but with out an exact number of people yet its difficult to do alot of things. I guess i should get on flights as well. We are also leaving May 1st but very early morning and we arrive in jamaica at around 1 pm, but then there is the 1 hour bus ride to the resort. most of my guests are coming for the full week, 1-8th.

Hand sanitizer is 2 for a dollar at dollarama i think... or wait for bath and body to be 5 for 5 again. Dollarama also has tylenol or advil trvael tubes for 2 bucks each.. each tube as 10 mills. aloe has been difficult for me as well.

LOL zigzags!!! thats tooo funny.. but i do know a few who would use them... well my family.. my fiances on the other had are a little conservative lol. I did get first aid kits from dollarama... they were only 1.25!!! and i found vintage key bottle opener keychains on ebay for 1.45 each which i think will come in handy if people want to stock their room fridges with beer from the store. I also made all the ladies barefoot sandals. but the bags still seem empty.

Thats is an awesome deal!!! i wish i could do mugs.. seems a little pointless though when im not staying in an all inclusive. not sure what too put in my OOT bags all the regular things dont really work with a non AI resort

hey thanks!!! Ya i was planning on maybe setting up a shipping address in neche... its closer then pembina i think. I found some aloe on amazon thats the same size as the ones i bought at dollarama but they only ship to the us so i think thats my only option.

LOL sorry quoted the wrong person in my other post. As you can see in the pic with hand stamping the personalization isnt anything crazy, its small and simple but its also cheap and easy to do! I have a barefoot sandals thread where i hand stamped canvas favor bags, they look great.

Hey McLecker I found my inspritation pic for the bags im going to create. Its hand stamped bag with permanent ink. Like i said in the other post i natural canvas bags from ingreetings.com. I think they were .89 a bag and i paid about 19 dollars for shipping for 22 bags. i didnt pay any customs or duties but i think i got a good deal on shipping cause when the box arrived it was marked with shipping as 33.40 so they may charge more now. I bought all stamping supplies from Michaels with 50% off coupons of course. Im using a different stamp and having our date and jamiaca on it. but you get the idea.
