Fot my OOT bags i had originally wanted to hand stamp them... but last night i changed my mind and decided that i wanted to do a simple iron on transfer that just says Jamaica and our date.. in black. Ive searched these forums and found all the info and tips on Iron On Transfers so today i decided i would give it a try...... but its not working. I have natural canvas totes from ingreetings.com and i bought transfermation transfers from michaels. I printed everything on the correct side of the paper.. cut it all out nicely, but the transfer just wont stick. Whenever i peel it back theres still ink on the backing.. alot of it. So i try again and iron longer... to the point where its almost burning and the background is turing brown... still ink comes away on the backing. Ive tried this four times now!!!! Nothing works. Ive you tubed it adn everyones transfers on the videos look completely different... mine just looks like im pushing ink into fabric.. no something that could peel off. Any suggestions?

For sure I will!!! It was scary.. but like i said i tried the shape many times but none if them were quite what i wanted... like satin bodices.. and i really wanted lace with beading... this dress just had it all. So far no regrets.. hopefully that doesnt chnage when i try it on.

My Maggie!!! Its the Aiden... i have yet to try it on but ordered it anyway.. ive tried on many maggie dresses and many of them this shape and loved the silhouette.. so i decided to just go ahead and order. Cant wait for it to arrive!!!

They dont have the linen on that site, but eph apparel is based here in winnipeg and when you go in they have hundreds of fabrics, different linens, wools and tons of crazy and funky fabrics for the liners as well. Their pricing is 299 for the pants and jacket blus 45 for the vest. A little steep for what some brides are paying for for linen but considering its all completely custom made and tailored to exactly what each guy wants they think its worth it. Plus some of the guys are only buying the pants (89.99) and vest (45) and of course a shirt. Not sure how its works for the rest of canada though..

We are also doing grey linen suits... but just white shirts with the sleeves rooled up to the elbow.. not jacket.. just the vest and purple ties. We are getting custom suits from canadas version of indochino.com but its called ephapparel.com they get fitted oct 20th and my fiance is super excited to have a custom fitted suit made.
