    I have a cake for 30 and got a beach topper and think about bringing beige chocolate seashells and graham crakers to crumble...i saw a cake with that and it was so pretty. You can also add ribbon to make it look more fancy.

    Hi Everyone, I see everyone's wonderful pamphlets, programs, stationary and all say they got it for free with paying just for shipping. I have gone to the site and the most they are offering is 1 of each free and shipping is so much just for one! I need about 30 copies of everything but there's no way Im getting the deals everyone is referring too. What am I missing? I would love to use this site. Please help! Thanks, Tara

    I actually saw some plain drawstring bags at the dollar store, I will probably get those for the single guys since they're arent too many coming anyway. As for bag items, I think anything that involves drinking is a safe bet when it comes to single men...lol. BTW just for bags in general they have adult mad libs, which can be great fun especially if people are enjoying drinks at the beach.

    2 in a pack at the dollar store for cards. I wouldnt get flipflop cards for guys...lol. I also wanted to get different looking bags for the guys but in the end since we had to order bulk, we went with a bag that wasnt girly looking but I doubt the guys will use it after the wedding.

    I am giving out as many as possible before we leave since we are going on the plane with the whole group and I cant pay for all those extra luggage fees (as well as other stuff I have to bring). Also in Mexico, they have wierd custom rules about bringing bulk items so I would look into that if I were you. Some people are meeting us there so those few bags will come with us. I may have an informal get- together in my house before we leave and give them out there.

    Also has anyone had their dinner in the Mediterranean restaurant? I know its not air conditioned (which isn't fun) My fiance is insisting a sit down dinner is more formal but I see most people had their dinners in the Italian restaurant. I'm wondering how it looked and if the food was good there? Getting nervous, wedding is in June!!! Thanks, Tara

    Im sure a wedding planner would appreciate cash but how much is what Im wondering as well. Also I am wondering if anyone has decorated the disco or their dinner space (is it worth it?). I would like to have some personalization but the thought of taking so much stuff with me or shipping it and it mysteriously disappears, worries me. Please help with your experiences and advice!     We are doing cards, dominoes, a "fiesta" kit with shot glasses and beer can covers. Everyone is getting a hangover kit too with basics everyone can use.

    Thanks for the input. We will give out to couples and singles instead of individually. I also got sand buckets full of goodies to give to the kids (I got them premade at www.orientaltrading.com). Did you guys give these out beforehand or at the hotel? I am trying to imagine having to take all these bags with me on a plane amongst my other wedding items.
