i want to cry!!! i wanted this restaurant sooo bad -
Maria1301.... HOW DID YOU GET THE DON PABLO!!!!!!!!!! i begged and they told me that it was not used for weddings???!!??!?!?! I LOVED that restaurant!! as for the tables in there they have square 4 seater tables that can be pushed together and they have round tables that seat 6 i think

i was just there in Jan and it was $65 per person including the transportaion there and back. if you pay $100 you get the Vip area (way better seating) hope this helps!

hmmmm interesting.... i wonder if since we are having our friend preform our ceremoney (we are getting married legaly back home) if these prices then apply to us since we wont be using the minister???????

Have any of you lovely ladies found that there was a HUGE price drop in wedding packages on the gbp website?????? is this a typo???? http://www.bahia-principe.com/en/hotels/riviera-maya/resorts-coba/weddings and if not has any once confirmed this with thier WC?

To answer the questions about 24 hour food and drinks the answer is yes the 24 hour snack bars have a small menu and serve drinks all the time and there is one at each resort, hope this helps

I know that this has probably already been asked but do you know if they will allow a ''head table'' at any of the resturants?? i have noticed in peoples pics that there is a main table for the wedding party but its not a traditional head table. and we have asked for the Arliquin or the meditiranio... do you know if they offer round tables????

do any past brides know if we are allowed to have a friend marry us??? (not legally) I asked Maria this and she replied by saying that i can change the judge(legal) to a minister. i dont know if she understood my question... its now been 3 weeks and i havent gotten a responce ;(

I have a question for ANY of you that can answer this for me!!!! So we have decided on the Unforgettable package and have spoken with our WC Maria. The thing is we are wanting out Best friend to marry us (or at least say our vows) now i tried asking Maria this and the response i got was not really an answer to my question...... have any of you past brides done this??? it is possible? I know that they are super busy there and thats why it takes so long for them to reply but im so impatiant lol and dont want to wait another 2-3 weeks to get my response

AD2012: one thing i can tell you is I just recently got back from the gbp and loved both locations the only reall down fall to the beach location is that its REALLY windy and you have to walk in sand (could be a plus if you like that.. im wanting to wear heels )

i have seen both (just there two weeks ago) and i loved to tulu gazibo! only thing is if you want to be in bare feet in the sand akumal is your spot

then yes we did see it! actually we were comenting on how brave you were to get out on the rocks near the water for your photos. We were always down at the little private beach to the left of the wedding site. love the rum coconuts at the beach bar there!!! ps your wedding was beautiful!

Just a question!? we are staying at the Coba resort for our wedding and were wanting a pool side dinner. do any of you have a price list for this?? we have about 40 guest and are wanting a dance floor and DJ as well any for any of you that are intrested i just got back from staying at the akumal last week and LOVED the resort! If you are planning a wedding dinner at of the the al a cart's i would deffinatly suggest the Don Poblo on the tulum! amazing food and service!!!

Hey there just wanting to know if any of you have a price list for possible pool side dinners?? dj and drinks??? we are getting married there in Oct and have about 40 guests. One added point, we just got back from this resort last week and LOVED it!! if i can recomend a possible restraunt for any of you it would be the Don Pablo at the Tulum location! great food and great service!!!
