Is anyone else having issues getting their wedding date confirmed...we are trying to get January 22nd, 2013 confirmed and I have written a few emails over a week and can't get any confirmation from Pilar!!! We need to know so our guests can put their deposits in to West Jet by May 9th..ahhh...I don't want to keep bugging her but I really want it confirmed so that we can go ahead with everything!!!

Is anyone else having troubles trying to get their wedding confirmed with Pilar...I have sent numerous emails to confirm for January 2013 so that people can start booking as our deposits with Westjet have to be in by May 9th but I can't seem to get her to confirm for me!!!

Hi I am Ashley and am thinking of having a wedding at the RIU Palace Riviera Maya in January 2013. We are just in the process of talking to a TA to get group rates. Right now they are pretty high but have been told by TA to wait to book in April, May, June because the prices will go down considerably from what they are now. I am hoping that I can meet some other brides on here and discuss how planning is going with everyone else. Can be fun getting some other brides views on how their planning is coming along!!! I LOVE the looks of this resort from what I have seen on here and really hope that we get better pricing for our guests so that we can get married at the RIU.
