wow, some parents are quite generous! We are paying for everything! But the guest will fork out quite a bit for the travel..but hopefully they will feel it's worth it

Everything will turn out fine! The coordinators have so many weddings to deal with, but once you are there it will work out. Print everything out, put it in a binder and your set!

I can tell this is going to be a long process...and I thought destination weddings were easier. It's nice to know what other people are going through so I don't freak out..thanks for sharing.

Does anyone know if the TA from the USA book hotel rooms and flights seperately or do they offer packages for the guest?

I know a few people might end up wanting to stay longer...so I decided stay at DRC up until night after the wedding, but will go to a Secrets resort to avoid everyone, even the kids for at least a few days

Welcome, I am also a January 2013 bride...but actually confirming date and time has been taking longer than 2 weeks! I just want it settled!! Wish me luck hopefully I will have my date confirmed by this week.
