Cape town for wine tasting, table mountain, visit robin Island 3.Knysna 4.White shark cage diving 5. get a taste for some local cuisine 6. Sun city. 7. Zulu land in Durban. Exchage money at the airport. south africans dont use USD with the country, its not easy to find places to exchange. Ok I could go on. you will have an awesome time for sure.

  18. @@AmberDee 6pm is the time we suggest for our summer weddings, why? you will get some beautiful sunset picture.sun starts to set around 6:35pm so you will have a cooler ceremony. it gets dark around 7:30pm. September has no major school holiday, so nope, its actually low season resorts are not at a 100% occupancy. Happy Planning! Joyce
  19. @@sassylouxx I agree with @@snswedding2016 you definitely want to arrange this with the resort coordinator. usually the dont charge if its just for a short time. Happy Planning

  22. @@rbehlke, you can contact Keri, who is actually Canadian and owns the Go Diva Spa. here is the link to her website. the good thing is the prices are in mexican peso. Right in the heart of playa del carmen. http://www.godivasalonspa.com/ [email protected] Happy Planning! Joyce
  23. @@MrsGuralewycz2B, You have plenty of time until October, with the right team of professionals you will be fine. I cannot think of any cons about working with a TA just as @@TammyWright mentioned. When it comes to working with a travel agent, find someone who specializes in Destination Wedding. The can help you narrow down your options, based on what on your requirements. Also find someone who you feel is a perfect fit for you, you will be trusting them with such an important occasion. They can get you a some special group rates. They also offer more benefits for your for the Bride and Groom for booking your group. Most bride who work with with travel agent are able to put their focus on the booking the resort part. while you put your focus planning the wedding. Happy Planning!
  24. @@Happiegerl I have done weddings at many resorts in the Riviera Maya. I must those are pretty common prices at some of the Resorts here. I must say there is a huge stigma about Destination wedding in Mexico, saying its affordable! Truth be told ,Destination Wedding are not always affordable. one key factor decide on where you are going to put your money. For example find out the type of dance floor they are charging you for that price? maybe you might want to reply to the coordinator checking the type of dance floor they offer. you might just be offered a second option. Same goes for the chair, what type of chair is it? you might find out that they are charging you a chair based on latest wedding trend. Happy Planning!
