    Hey lydiasusi, Congrats on your destination in the Riviera Maya, as a wedding planner in the Riviera Maya, I would advise on looking into Fusion beach club and Zenzi beach club in playa del carmen. these 2 location can offer you , fun and laid back dinner right in the send and top it up with a live band.     Hello lilypaddd, As a wedding planner in the Rivera Maya, my advice is to see which destination will work best for you, by checking out costs for flights from both location, in most cases Riviera Maya, or playa del carmen gets to be cheaper than many destination. especially because its so central. A good start would be to talk to a TA, the owners of the forum can help for sure.

    Hello dclodge, sometimes it really depends on where you are getting married, As a wedding planner in the Riviera Maya we have seen some fun and inexpensive favors. Maracas are super fun , you can put a little tag with "shake for a kiss" mini tequila bottles with a thank you note tequila shot glass to take shots the entire night and the lists goes on.     Hello hpfannes, Congrats on deciding on a Destination Wedding , you are on the right forum. As a wedding planner in the Riviera Maya, we advice looking into Travel agent, who can advice you on what is doable. The owners of the page, are travel agent which can reach out to them (wright Travel) then you can take it from there. Destination wedding are fun and there are resorts with reasonable prices out there. Happy Planning!!

    Hello Jaycee, We are wedding planners in the the Riviera Maya, and if its not too late to change your ceremony we advice a comfortable start time of 5:30 pm. The sun its still up and the photographers will get some amazing pictures with natural lighting. no need to stress out, because maybe your ceremony location is in the shade at that time at 3pm. if not you may want to consider hand fans for your guests. Goodluck , I am sure your wedding will turn our pretty amazing.

First of all you may want to consider bringing in a travel agent and hiring a planner. Since you were thinking of booking the beach palace in Cancun. How about considering the playacar palace which is actually the sister hotel. in this way your fiancee will be happy with golfing benefits and you will be happy finding your off resort location near by.     Congrats on your engagement and Riviera Maya has plenty of option for different budget, I would advice you to start with a travel agent, BDW is owned by good travel agent, and I would contact them. decided on your budget, things your are looking for in a resort. just to help narrow down your options.

    Hello Shelikespink, Welcome to the forum, As a wedding planner in the Riviera Maya, my advice I always give to my clients is since its august is usually hot, try to have a late ceremony like around 5:30 or 6pm when the sun is starting to set away, also if your location is at the beach site then chance of having some sea breeze are high and this would make it comfortable for everyone.

    Hello Malyna, Congrats on your engagement, As a wedding coordinator in the Riviera Maya we have seen most of our current Brides and past choosing a destination wedding for the following reasons. 1. Budget, only a smaller number of guests would come to a destination wedding vs a wedding at home. 2. its important for both the couple to get married somewhere warm, beach site 3. To make a family vacation and be with close family and friends Hope these can help with your decision.
