  1. Here is our wedding day timeline. Freyer Fiesta Timeline.pptx
  2. What size stickers are these? 2.25 or 3 inch? Thanks so much!
  3. Thank you ladies for your insight. We decided we are not going to pay for their passes. I have since found out that it is $100 per person if they wish to come spend the entire day at the resort and use the pool, eat at the restaurants, etc. If they are just coming to the wedding it is $65 per person. We feel they can handles that (especially after we saw the website of the resort they are staying at (pretty fancy schmancy). I sent them a nice email explaining their options. Phew! We leave in 19 days! So excited!
  4. LOL! I KNOW! I am a nut! I guess I am just anxious and nervous that something would go wrong. I'd cry if I had issues! I will have 4 suitcases of wedding stuff (which will not come home with me) & 2 of my own suitcases plus my gown.....We leave 3 weeks from today! We are there for 11 days. The wedding is not until that following Tuesday 4/2 after we arrive. I think I will be calm once I get all this stuff into my room and can put these OOT Bags together! LMAO! You have been so sweet & helpful! Thanks so much! xoxo
  5. Thank you so much murmel. You are putting me at ease. One more question as far as the receipts. I am putting together a summary sheet (excel) listing the contents of each suitcase along with the correlating receipts. How specific do I need to be? I was going to list each line item as follows & then put a total $ at the bottom of the listed items: Is this good enough? Thanks! The item Unit cost # of items packed total unit cost Mugs $2.99 67 $200.33
  6. I love the eternity band - classic & elegant. It looks beautiful with your e-ring. Your FI's band is so so cool!!! I've never seen anything like it - very unique - LOVE IT!
  7. May I ask how you got your matchboxes to Mexico? I have read that TSA Regulations only allows a person to carry on one book of matches and you cannot check any in with your packed luggage. (I sent an email to TSA to inquire). Flammable Liquids or Solids Guidelines for carrying flammable liquids are as follows: A fuel lighter is permitted in your pocket or in carry-on baggage only Up to two lighters are allowed in your checked baggage if they are properly enclosed in a U.S. Department of Transportation approved case Lighters without fuel are allowed as checked or carry-on baggage Lighter refills, fuels (such as gasoline or Sterno cans), paints, stains, lubricants, and "strike-anywhere" matches are not allowed One regular matchbook is permitted in your pocket as long as it isn’t the "strike anywhere" matches Torch or blue flame lighters are strictly prohibited. We purchased personalized matchboxes from the knot.com and do not know what to do now. I tried to FedEx, but they got held up in customs. Now I have to have them returned to me....any light you could shed would be great! Thanks!
  8. A few more questions: Regarding Customs Declaration Form provided on the link below http://www.aduanas.gob.mx/aduana_mexico/Descargas/DECLARACION_ADUANAS_(INGLES)_final_191005_check_211005.pdf 1. When filling out the Customs Declaration form for the arrival into Mexico, do I need to declare the additional suitcases somewhere separately or just include them with the # of pieces of luggage I am bringing with me (section 3)? 2. For items that were purchased online, do I need to include shipping & tax as part of the item cost or just the actual cost of the item? Thanks for your help! :-)
  9. Thank you for putting me at ease. I am making my lists per suitcase with receipts now. Making sure each suitcase is under $300.00 I will be sure to keep saying it is all wedding favors/gifts that are not to be sold and not coming home with me! Thank you for the well wishes! xoxo I pray for a green light!!! Searcged on the way home? WOW! I think these days sand may be a speculation....they are so tough now, but come on? In a decorative vase I am sure! I am debating whether or not to do the sand ceremony...I bought the supplies.....just a matter of transporting safely...maybe on my person instead of the extra suitcases. Thanks for sharing!
  10. Marymack - your dress is so pretty! I love it!!!!! Beautiful neckline!
  11. Oh kard613 - LOL! That is cute & so sweet of you to say! Thank you so much. I cannot believe it's here. All the planning does pay off. Thank goodness for finding this site and starting my planning when I did. Now it's just a lot of last minute things like my Table #'s and maraca placecard/tags, etc. PS: I would love to help you out or being a sounding board - just let me know. I think I found my niche! Gracias shan0487! I cannot wait until they see everything! I've been planning so long my guests are curious/jokingly asking me what I am going to do once it's all over. I'd love to see your DIY projects! Please let me know (PM me) when you start to post them!!!
  12. Hola Amigas! It's time for me to finish packing and closing up the suitcases for Mexico. We leave in 4 weeks. I cannot believe the time is here! I probably have a total of 4 suitcases of OOT Bags/Goodies/Favors/Mugs, puzzle books, survuval kits, maracas, etc as well as wedding decor. So do I have to account (receipt wise) for EVERYTHING? Or can I leave out stuff like the cake topper, chair sashes, table runners, picture frames for display things, baskets, straws, cocktail napkins, etc? I understand I should be able to account for stuff in mass volume, i.e., bags, mug, koozies, survivial kits, maracas, bottle openers, etc...but the wedding decor too? With each packed bag, I plan to enclose a list of what is inside with their value and receipts for each. Most importantly, make sure it's $300 or less. We will split them up between the 7 of us traveling down there that day. I have receipts for everything, I was just not sure how specific I needed to be. Any insight you ladie could give would be SO AWESOME! Gracias! xoxo

  15. Our first dance will be You & Me by Lifehouse. It was a song on the radio when we first started dating...it's my ringtone for him (this past 8 years)....although I just listened to the lyrics to the Lady Antebellum song, "When You Got A Good Thing," TropicalBride10 mentioned....so beautiful. I may just add it as a slow song during the reception....maybe dedicate it to him. This is so exciting!
