My stepson left his macbook & iPad out often with no issue...we were lucky. Of course we kept our money & passports in the safe. Are you on facebook? Ladies, you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to worry about. Erika is TOP NOTCH and my wedding was perfect! She paid attention to every detail I asked for. She's the best wedding coordinator I've dealt with out of the 3 and she and I only started talking the week before my wedding! Her English is fantastic and I must say, she is a busy girl !! There was a wedding like EVERYDAY we were here. I am leaving today and arrived 11 days ago!!!!! Be patient with her. I love her!!!!!

OMG - I cannot believe we leave tomorrow! I am just about ready! I am here at work and I cannot wait to get out of here! I hear ya about the shopping - I just got back from shopping on my lunch hour. I AM DONE - at least until Mexico! lol Maybe some makeup tonight though. I have my eyebrow & bikini wax appointment this evening and then we are going to look at some makeup. I had bought a new MAC lipstick to wear on my wedding day and I may want to change my blush. Finished my songs on my iphone last night...did some last minute table seating changes....now ready! Yours will be here before you know it!!!!

Hi Stephanie - I have been to the resort before. From what I recall La Habana bar is in the hotel lobby. It is air conditioned and is very nice. It's in a big spacious area of the lobby and there are tables that I believe they could reserve for you and segregate your group a bit. Here's some pics I had taken of La Habana - the lobby is magnificent. This is the actual bar. This is one of the seating areas - behind the waiter you can see the bar. There are also tables to the right of the bar and to the right of where we were sitting (to right of waiter). The Lirico Bar is an indoor/outdoor place. Tne bar is inside, in the main grounds, but they have seating outside on the large patio. This is where they have their nightly entertainent on the stage there. Here is an aerial photo I found online. The building in the back of the photo (with roof) that's the Lirico. They have large window/doors that open up so you can come out to that patio area and sit there to listem/watch the nightly entertainment. This is where we are habing our cocktail hour. Again, I believe they reserve off a section for you. We are staying in the 2 story jacuzzi suite, We requested the suite that overlooks the Gazebo. I believe it is Room #2046. Who's getting married prior to departing (to avoid all the mx rules and regulations) and are you wearing white to the court house? Anyone brining their own ipod docking station to play music and have you heard any restrictions (besides dinner which i'm pretty sure they do not allow). Elissa and Shes, I'm so excited for you both! And I can't express enough how all your comments have helped me immensly! LOL! Of course - it figures - they are dated! haha It's okay - I made it this far so I am going to stay calm and hopefully get all my stuff taken care of in my meeting next Thursday. The centerpieces I asked for - they originally wanted $45 a piece - now I am down to $36 a piece....now I am going to beat them up some more when I meet in person. Ridiculous. I do believe your bouquet is included if you choose the flowers they allow which I was read (in older materials): "The flowers we offwe are roses, lilies, gerberas & alcapulos." Jess - Bill's friend owns a Mens Custom Clothier shop in our area. They had to call around EVERYWHERE to find a linene suit. The first one that came in was white - I nearly had a HEART ATTACK! I am unsure where they finally found it, but I could find out & let you know.

Yes, we leave next Wednesday!!! Bill is presently in Las Vegas for March Madness (and I am sure some Bachelor Fun). I have my final dress fitting tonight, tomorrow is hair, Saturday is FINISH INSANITY PROGRAM, ring dipping/cleaning, pick up my gown at the Bridal Shop and then BACHELORETTE NIGHT. Sunday Bill comes back. Monday evening mani/pedi, Tuesday evening bikini & eyebrow wax & last, but certainly not least, Wednesday morning - DEPART FOR PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MEXICO! So, I kinda have a feeling the next few days will FLY BY! You are not too far behind me!!! June 7 will be here in NO TIME!

For Bill's boutonniere...maybe something with white & green and coral as well - with burlap somehow incorporated. His suit looks like the pic below. I kind of like the boutonniere pictured in the first bouquet photo I posted...with some added coral... These were the photos the Riu sent - they seem somewhat dated. Do you have something different? FLOWERSI am trying to decide on my bouquet and Bill's boutonniere. Here's what I am thinking about - what do you think? I want to do whites and greens and maybe a small bit of coral and wrap the stems with burlap & maybe a little blue polka dot ribbon. (I bought burlap and ribbon today at Michael's). I'd love to hear your opinions. For Bill's boutonniere...maybe something with white & green and coral as well - with burlap somehow incorporated. His suit looks like the 1st pic below. I kinda like the boutonniere pictured in the first bouquet photo I posted...with some added coral...it's the green bulb below to the right of the bouquet. . For our table decor - I want to do square glass vases like these below with the same color scheme of whites and greens and a little coral. The resort wants $36 USD per arrangment.. YIKES! That's already talked down from $45. But I want to have lime slices in the vase water not the green leaves. See inspiration photo below: I am told our tables will be rectangle and seat 10. We will have white table cloths with Organza blue table runners (which match our blue organza chair sashes for the ceremony). I'd like to have 3 of the square vases per table centered & spaced accordingly on the table. I bought some starfish to place on the tables as well.
