I believe if your photographer is a guest you dont have to pay a fee. Only if your friend is not staying at the hotel.

Which florist are you using? Is the resort charging you a resort fee to use the vendor or are you just paying the $20 for the delivery?

They Cant do any lanterns? There must be something to hang off from the celing or walls.. maybe some sort of string from wall to wall they can hang off of? Paper lanterns are fairly light and dont need anything too concrete really. I would ask for photos of the room and then improvise as best you can... There must be a way to make that room pop! You could also look into an outside vendor for the helium. You may have to pay a vendor fee, but if you are really set and have all the supplies it may be worth it. Also I know wal mart in Canada sells helium tanks (mini) perhaps there is a place there that may sell something like that. I know Cuba doesnt have wal mart, but maybe you can google some places? Hope that helps!

I am also sending DJ my list. How many songs did you send him? We also made it part of our wedding website RSVP to select an entree. Most people are pretty used to it from other weddings I think..

I am also in the process of finding bows and table cloths as well as napkins. I was hoping to get them from one of the groomsman's wives who does decor as a buisness but she never gets back to me . I have also looked at renting but it seems cheaper to just buy them. I need about 80 of each item and 15 tablecloths, so let me know if any brides out there have had much luck. Thanks ladies

Pilar has told me before 2 options is the maximum. We are doing a salmon and a beef, no veggie option as I dont blieve there is any in the group. Also I remember seeing another bride on here that had done 3 (one being a veggie option). Not too sure if they care if you mismatch between divine and eternity entrees.

I like the first one! The second one I feel is to matchy matchy to the side stones on your e-ring. What a stunning set!!

I believe the buffet is the same price as the divine dinner 53 per person above 25 guests that are included in your package. On the first page of this thread there is also tons of photos of the different loccations. Hope that helps some =)

Both dresses are stunning! I was also torn between 2 dresses but kept thinking of the first one I fell in love with, and that was reinforcement of my thoughts enough for me. I ended up cancelling my order and actually going with my first choice. Mine is similar to your mermaid. My MOH recently got engaged and is in love with that Allure ballgown. Both dresses are amazing but quite a different silouette. I say go with your gut! Best of luck!
