The dresses are more of a bright colored purple in person. They are from www.lightinthebox.com I was really impressed with the quality of the product, but if you are looking into the site let me know b/c their size chart is a bit off. My groom is whearing white linen shirt and linen pants from H&M and the boys are wearing the same pants but witha turquoise shirt. The inspiration all comes from these flowers...

I will be using real ones because the fake would be almost the same $$ the only place I've found that has them is a company called artistic floral design. Google them and check it out... B/C we are looking to do the 3 vase combo it was just about the same cost for the trio of vases, candle, rocks and flowers... Not worth the hassle of bringing it down for me personally

I know how stressfull it is to organize a group of that size! Only a few more months. We actually are not having the cocktail hour, so since we are paying for a private bar at the reception I hope they will have no problem making signature drinks for people. The ones I chose have pretty basic ingerdients so hopefully that will not be a problem..

I asked {ilar about the complimentary room for the Groom and they do not offer it My FI will proably stay in onw of his guys rooms and I'll stay in ours. We also have close to 80 guests so we saved $$ by cancelling cocktail hour and trading for extra dinners. We didn't upgrade the cake since dessert was included with dinner package. Would still like the champaign but I was thinking of doing a signature drink at reception maybe instead?

When did she say that? Pretty sure I am being charged for more than that!!

We did have the same problem at first.. We were lucky that at least half if not more of the people booked through our TA. We did also set a deadline which was October 15 - about 3 months from our wedding. We just told the guests that we had to give a final headcount to the resort. Luckily most of our guests have booked at this point. We still have 1-2 parties to follow up with but for the most part eveyone was pretty understanding, I think there will be some people that decided to jump on it last minute but for the most part we have let people know that this is not acceptable as we have lots of plannng. I think as long as you make that part pretty clear to your guests will not want to inconvenience you or your FI. I will hopefully have all of the answers and RSVP's by the end of the week.
