Alight Ladies, I’m officially in! I included my stats and you can see them in the attached. FYI, I added another column to track Body Fat % and I get this measured monthly. I care more about this %, than I do about weight in lbs. My hope is to reach my fitness goals by March even though my wedding date isn’t until May 2013. My wedding dress is very form fitting and when I go for my first alterations appointment , I don’t want my body composition to still be fluctuating when this process starts. Quick recap on my diet and physical activity. I pretty much went through a 14 month stint were my physical activity was non-existent which is horrible considering that I use to workout 5-6 ways a week. Since the beginning of July, I’ve started the Insanity Workout Series, which I love even though the first week almost killed me. Also, my Fi and I go on hike every Sunday morning which are typically between 4-6 miles long and range between 800ft to 1500ft of elevation gain. I will start weight/strength training again in August. I strongly recommend incorporating weight training into your workouts. It is a great facilitator when it comes to weight loss and toning up and will have a far more sustaining impact on your metabolism than cardio alone. So I don’t really do diets, but I do believe in eating clean and having 5-6 meals a day and try to be conscience of portion sizes. I just got back on track with this and I consume 1800 to 2200 calories/day. I have no intention of lowering my calorie intake. I’m ramping up my workouts and need the energy. I am slowly increasing my protein intake to +/- 125 grams/day to accommodate my upcoming weight training and I’m trying to increase my water intake. I only drink alcohol on weekends usually in the form of a vodka press, no beer, wine, or super sweet drinks. I’m off to a great start, and it sounds like many of you are too. I think Shannonmarie is correct. I think it has to do with environmental issues. But I did see a realy neat DIY petal runner on weddingbee.com that was beautiful as a remedy: tulle, glue and tons of petals. Definitely a labor of love, but it's an option.

Yes. As long as you booked prior to 2013 rates being published, than package prices and add-ons are based on 2012 rates that she sent you. This was one of the first questions that I asked and I have this confirmed in an email.

Shannonmarie - Even though my wedding isn't until 2013, all my pricing is based on the 2012 rates since I booked in January of 2012 and 2013 wasn't published yet. I don't know when you booked, but you may want to confirm which rates apply.

Centering and alignment all look good and i think you names look just fine. What do you think is funky about them? Are you actually keeping the orange border around the perimeter?

Forgo = rellinquish or sacrifice. I like the flower better, it's prettier! The staple wording doesnt really serve a purpose. I think it was always used in templates for refernce in how to put together multiple pages for boarding passes.

But I remember your previous RSVP card, and I like this design better A few notes, it could be my eyes, but double check that the font size in the 'NO' response line is the same size for the 'YES' response, it looks a size larger to me. when you do a test print, make sure the last line regarding the website rsvp option is actually readable, it looks a bit small and maybe if you take out a word or two you may have enough space to increase the font point size: You can also RSVP via our website: www.weddingwire.com/AlexandBritney or You can also RSVP via our wedding website: weddingwire.com/AlexandBritney Are you still using the orange and pink paisley?
