  1. I'm still waiting for my quote but I sure hope it isn't that high! (That's the price I was quoted for Azul Sensatori.) Who did you get your quote from, if you mind me asking?
  2. Have you checked out the ones from BHLDN? The glitterati one is gorgeous.
  3. I saw them on Amazon US and eBay. Unfortunately they don't ship to us Canadian brides.
  4. I saw another thread someone saying they we buying travel poker sets. (Such a good idea.)
  5. I know what you mean, I spend far too much time lately browsing their aisles. Too many good ideas for little gifts!
  6. This thread has given me some great ideas over the past few months and, even though my wedding is over a year away, I think I'm almost done shopping -- except for things with expiry dates, like Advil. I spotted these items at Michaels this week. Most of it was in the $1.50 bins at the front of the store, near the registers, but there were also items in the bins near the back. I contemplated some other items, like eye masks, but managed to resist. Waterproof cosmetic bag (holds 1 litre): $5 [for bridal party only] Matching compact mirror: $3 [for bridal party only] Manicure set: $1.50 Flower bath bombs: $1.50 Initial luggage tags (come in different colours/patterns): $3 [for bridal party only] Notebooks: $3.00 [for bridal party] Magnetic notepads: $1.50 I've purchased sewing kits, playing cards and lint rollers from Dollar Tree, but considering they're items are usually $1.25, I've been "splurging" for the $1.50 bins at Michaels. I've also grabbed individual boxed playing card sets, seashell-shaped bath bombs and "vanilla sand" hand lotion from there so far.
  7. I've already been engaged for a year, so I had a lot of time to browse online and get a sense of what I wanted. I ended up ordering my dream dress that I was comparing every other dress to. It's modern but has vintage touches in the flowers and beading, which is exactly what I wanted. It's Hayley Paige's Nina (HP6254). [be careful doing a Google image search on that -- there was a porn star with the same name!]
  8. Has Karisma given any sort of logical reason as to why this package is available to Canadians in all the other markets but this one? My TA said it's a constant issue, but wasn't able to give me any concrete reasons as to why the clause exists.
  9. You should try running the image through a reverse image search, like [=Http://www.tineye.com]. (Sorry, I would do it for you it's java and I'm on an iPad.)
  10. Staples is offering three-packs of travel-size hand sanitizers for $1 (or .33 each) until February 7. The downfall is that the offer is only valid online so there is a shipping charge -- unless your total is more than $50 before tax. But it's a good deal if you also need, say, a printer?
