    Its summer and with summer comes patios and beer it cannot be helped! LOL My FI got a suit from Studiosuits.com it is Irish Linen and honestly great quality, it was $160 delivered (plus $30 duty) then I liked the suit so much that all the grooms men ordered their pants from the website as well it took 2 weeks to be delivered it was fast great quality and well priced! Then I am just going to have them all wear a white button up shirt with brown sandals and Bob's your uncle!

    Yeah I have put on a few pounds as well, but it still fits well it was a little big when I got it, I had it on at my shower which was last weekend so now I am on a don't gain don't lose diet. its hard in the summer there is a lot of beer consuming which is really bad for you!

    I know I have had it on about 3 times since I picked it up, its at my moms so anytime I am there without Troy I seem to put it on... I am sure my mom and sister are getting tired of getting me in and out of it, but I can't help it you only really get to wear it once! So I say go for it!

    It sure does, I can't believe how fast time is flying now... and I am actually on the ball with only a few things left I plan on doing my last 2 DIYs this weekend I will post pictures if I get them done!

    The bridesmaid dresses were the worst, I wanted them in that pink and orange and couldn't find them anywhere so finally I just went into every bridal store I could find and I wouldn't even look I just asked if they could do the colors and finally at this tiny bridal store in Calgary called Sunshine Bridal they had about 6 dresses that they could do and this was the cutest and the cheapest so it all worked out!

    Alley, Your dress is amazing congrats on finally picking I knew you would get there. 83 days left until we leave!!! YAY and we had my Shower on Saturday it was so much fun I am so glad I let them do it for me, I didn't want the fuss but we all had a really good time!

    My wedding coordinator just sent me all the forms about 2 weeks ago... it really wasn't much some questions and photocopies of our birth certificates and passports! I am about 3 months out!

    Kay that is awesome to hear how well it went... This was one of those back and forth for me, so I finally asked my FI if he had heard of them and if he wanted one and we talked about it, and it came down to yes it is awesome but where do we put it after LOL so we had some good laugh's and I didn't do it, but every time I see one or a Groupon for one I think about it again.

    Alley - Let us know if they were all you thought that they would be... funny enough my dress was a picture that I carried around and when I finally found it it was the one! Kay - I was talking with a photographer when I was still thinking about doing this and she said the best advise that she gives girls is get your hair done professionally and maybe pop in somewhere where they do makeup trials, then you will feel like 100 bucks and it will show, or she said if you normally don't wear red lipstick do that with fake lashes then you are "dressed up" enough to be relaxed because it is more unlike you almost like a character!!! Good Luck.

    I know I cannot believe that we sent invites and put down our deposit 9 months ago... I can remember thinking then about how far it seemed and yet here we are just around the corner, I am not panicked yet but I am sure that will follow suit in another couple weeks!

    I am officially 3 months and 5 days away from leaving!!! (not that I am counting) I sent out my Pre-Travel brochure and Luggage Tags yesterday and we are about a month away from Final Payment. The Groomsmen's pants came in last week, and we are waiting to hear about the Bridesmaid dresses (hopefully in the next 2 weeks) My Shower is the 17th and FI's Stag is the weekend of the 24th!!! I have a few small DIY projects left plus I am still considering gifts for the bridal party and parents and a few things that I still have to grab (garter, purse, hair flower and wedding band) but other than that I think that I am in good shape!! Wow it has been a long time coming and now with it this close I can actually start to get really excited!!!!

    YAY that is an awesome idea wow it is going to be perfect! I cannot wait to see pictures of it all! I hadn't even thought about doing it all on the beach, I am getting married on the beach and then I am having my dinner inside and then we are having our reception at the beach bar (Iberostar Varadero)!!!

    I know that we told everyone that if people couldnt come, then they couldnt come I mean I knew that there were going to be people that couldnt come, and I was ok with that, but nonetheless like I said there are people that havent spoken to us since and there are people that we have seen that just havent brought up the wedding at all its pretty comical (I was originally annoyed but given up that feeling) Like I keep saying the people that want to be there will, and on the wedding day I am sure that I wont even think about the people that arent there! But that is the biggest reason that we arent having a AHR I think that it takes away from the people that spent the money and made the commitment to come!

    Oh the dreaded booking deadline... I think it is the same for everyone the people that we didnt think were coming were the first to book and the people we thought for sure either took right until the deadline, or arent even talking to us anymore! What I dont understand is if I had my weddubg here and tou werent goibg to come wouldnt you just tell me? So whats the difference, just like people keep asking if we are having a party at home, no... people dont get married here and then a few weeks later have another party you are coming or your not! Trust me the deadline passing was probably my biggest stress relief! And we did have a few people pay deposits after but now the flight is sold out so I dont have to worry anymore
