My moh didn't go, we are all dressing up for the at home reception as well so she will get to be in some photo's then.... The tucan beach setup is right behind the gazebo.... FYI :-( Here is Tucan Gazebo set up for our ceremony....hubby wanted hats yuck... Our complimentary cocktail hour at the tucan terrace, my family appreciated the shade. We had a mariachi trio, it was great. Get the Carriage ride, it was fun! Dinner at Arrificies was great! The staff was a lot of fun with us.... If you want to buy stuff, take the shuttle to Beach Palace and the shops at the mall are WAY cheaper.... we got these, the mariachi hats, cuban cigars, christmas ornaments.... tequila..... The disco is still under construction, we took over the piano bar later..... It looks like it will be awesome with nice seating!

We are in the middle/northern part of Nizuc Tucan was quite a walk from my moms nizuc room. For our group our rooms surrounded bungambilla nizuc is pretty big. Tucan gazebo is right by grand and we got golf carts there no problem but to dinner no one showed. A few things. I had Del Sol photog and had Del Sol get it oked so I just needed two day passes. Wasn't an issue once here. I say don't ask just book. I had maya floral and so Zaray gave my guests flower pedals instead of the bouquet for me. Again no questions. Currently I paid for wedding stuff via the faxed form but the billed our account as well. I have two days to figure it out. Zaray said she would help and I spoke to my Funjet rep Charlie who has taken care of everything We had a small party but Zaray set up my very simple decorations free because she is really nice if you are nice to her. We had sashes and small vases at the cocktail hour. We brought lots of five dollar bills and tiped everyone and by day 5 they know our names and treat us well no one has had anything stolen but we use the safe for everything. I have had a bunch of massages. My family didn't use most credits. When you are here and book stuff they give u a yellow slip - I just keep having friends and family book it for me and give me yellow slip We had friends at sun palace they loved coming over on the shuttle. That covers my concerns from before I came here! Complaints: our points were messed up day 1 but got fixed, our first two rooms were bad. Broken safe/door/no AC. But we got moved. My husband golfed four times and LOVED it. Tours were all full anytime we tried to book but the resort was full for 7 of our 9 days. Our guests were mad. Book first nite. Discuss your credits before last day... In case of massive errors.

Girls, I got the same checklist and I filled in as much as I could. It took some time but they said that was how I reserved my locations. For about 2 weeks I heard from Clarissa daily, now I think we have everything set she is just waiting for me to pay for my extra crap. [email protected] she seems great, no complaints! About 35 days out I heard from Danielle [email protected] she set me up with the check list and gave me contact information for everything. I am struggling to hear back from Marvin at the floral place. I told him what I wanted and on July 6th he said he could do all that, I haven't heard from him since...does he do a contract or something in writting or anyone have a similar experience? I will stop worring then.....

Well, I have had nothing but good things from the Girls in Cancun. Two have been emailing me, they are great. Miami told me I had to get Del Sol a room, those girls said he just needs a day pass- So don't ask about the room thing, just have Ael at Del Sol deal with Cancun if you want Del Sol Photographers. They emailed me the contacts for Golf, Salon stuff and had me do a spreadsheet of what I wanted....they are really on the ball in Cancun so far for me ladies!

I just thought I would share that I never once dealt with the Miami office after setting my date, I lucked out and got 3 or 4 girls who kept getting fired... Now Daniela and Clarisa both in cancun have emailed me my check list and are super easy to deal with. Also, my photog sent me this email....so i'm not saying anything and we will see what happens. Although I need 4 day passes for guests ? Oh my two weeks and I missed 100s of posts! Had our secret wedding this week!!! Now fi(h) finally has insurance, can go to dr. And dentist! Beatriz told me no contract since our ceremony is symbolic. So I hope I get locations I requested! Does anyone know what the say at ceremony? My only DIY so far is making bouquets.
