Searching for the right make-up artist was a little tough because there was not much information available for artists in the Cancun, Playa del Carmen area and for the ones that were available, the prices were too high and I wasn't too happy with them. I found Norma Zurama after reading through hundreds of threads on this site and I am soooo thankful that I found her. Not only does she have magic hands, she works for MAC as a Retail Manager, she is a perfectionist who is amazing at what she does and her prices are great. She will work with you on the pricing if you book a group with her. When I first contacted Norma, I was expecting not to hear from her for a couple of days (which is usually the response time I was getting from other vendors). Norma responded within 30 minutes! I was happy to hear that she was available and provided me with pricing right on the spot. She asked for each of us to have a picture ready of the type of makeup we wanted so that she can replicate the day of. On the day, of course we forgot the pictures but she was able to know what each of us wanted by just describing to her. She showed up on the day at the time we agreed on and went right to work! She is also quick at the makeup application but even though she is fast, she does an amazing job! She was even able to squeeze my mother in who I didn't initially book. Everyone was completely happy with their make-up and she made everyone look even more gorgeous than they already are. Below are some pics. If you are looking for a make-up artist, look no further!
