Hi Girls! sorry it took me so long! but here´s my review! I got married at Hard Rock Punta Cana on 11/10/12 My wedding coordinator was Luiciana she was absolutely amazing!!! I forgot so many thins like the sand for the ceremony, the flower girl basket, the welcome letter for the guests and she helped me with everything! I was soooo happy with her service and help. I made a welcome coctail on eclipse terrace and ask the guests to come all white dressed and it was soo beautiful. here´s a picture I had 95 guests comming to the wedding that was on woodstock plaza at 5pm. It was a catholic ceremony the party was there after. I choose ivory collection for the ceremony and carribbean celebrations for the reception, because they have a better price, they also provided the led dance floor wich was a complete disaster, I do not recomend caribbean for the led floor. mine didint even worked, until a guest had to check some cable problems and 30 minutes before the party was over it started working. They refound me 70% of the led money (1000$) but I felt frustrated about a dance floor that didn´t work PHOTOGRAPHER: I choose Jochy Fersobe and paid him and his crew 2 room nights (about 6 people) the cost was very high (about 7000$) but was the best choice! it was simply amazing! You can check the same day edit video here: luckly I didnt had to pay a fee for them. Smile market made the pics fot the first party and they terrible, I didint liked any of the pictures but since I got it for free with my wedding collection I was happy I hired jochy. The girl only stayed for 1 hour, and since we have a small rain moment she ran out without taking picture of important moments. RESORT CREDITS: The day after we used our guests resort credits to go on chill out cap cana catamaran and it was a great idea, we dance and enjoy on the boat fromm 1pm to 7pm, its bout 300 resort credits each I used mines on spa (absolutle amazing) and hair saloon, take care with makeup (I took my own make up artist) and I tried the saloon service and didnt like it, the hair updo was great but makeup forget it... Be careful with appointments for your guests, casuse since I had so many guests they didin´t had enough time to attend them all, so I hired a hairdresser and a makeup artist from santo domingo, she stayed in a room taking care of my maids of honnor. Well thas a part of my reviwe fell free to ask anything. and good luck in your planning!

Vinarum your experience must be so frustrating, but I should say I haven't any of theese problem, jeanly who is my WC is in touch with me almost every day, she is so great, I happy with my choice! She even told me tha because the amount of gests (100) I would not be charged on decor or extra chairs (the 300$) per table. thats amazing! I'm very pleased with the hotel, but I've been there personaly, I sugest you girls that you take an extra weekend to visit the hotel before your wedding, I did that and visited 3 different hotels! And I' happy with the choice!

I was visiting this hotel last week and decided not to get married there,(the ones tha already booked here dont feel so worried caise is a nice place but not what I was looking for) The reasons: 1- price for a private reception 1000$ for a small part of the restaurant Il capriccio ( max 50 people) more than this you have to do it in the barbacue ( public place with others) 2- restaurants: if you stay in bavaro or punta cana in 7 nights you can only choose 3 days to dinner at special restaurants (mexican, italian, etc) the other days you eat at the buffet with the rest of the guests of the hotel 3- transportation, the hotel ia too big, so you have to use different small trains to get to your rpmm, or the lobby or the beach but this is a complete mess, the drivers dont know the hotel so they can be ridding around like 30 min sometimes 4- outside vendors: my case is specific about the photographer I have to pay for 500$ extras to bring a photographer from outside ( i didint liked arrecife at all because of the excess of photoshop they use in their pics) 5- beach gazebo be careful with the ceremony time, cause is in the middle of the beach and you have thousands of curious people like naked making a none perfect backgruond to your pics (i think 5pm would be the perfect time 6- night shows are amazing! Change every day! Dont miss those 7- the rooms of the bavaro and punta cana are very bad! ( i was at Hard Rock Punta cana the week before and it was perfect!) but the rooms of esmeralda are very good, clean and new. 8 the service and the workers of the hotel are very poorly prepared ( again cpmparing with hard rock) 9- an extra 750$ fee for the civil or religious ceremony. Ok this is the resume! Feel free to ask any other detail!
