    for our favors we are doing the macaras and when people look for their seat and table #, we are going to tie it on a mini bottle of tequila. For my sisters wedding (not DW) we did scratch off tickets with a new shinny penny, and put it on card stock that said "lucky in love". Hope this helps !

    My dad is giving us a "few bucks" to help. Then we are covering everything else! FI's parents are helping with little things like helping print boarding passes, OOT bags items, etc. Its nice to have any help at all, but we are feeling the expenses FAST !!!

    If i bring my own centerpieces and sashes for chairs, how much is the charge for setting up? Or do I just do it myself when I get there?

    would you mind sharing your schedule with me? I definitely want to do a welcome dinner, and I want to arrange a booze cruise/ snorkeling trip so people can meet. Hopefully on that Thursday. Are you inviting everyone to the welcome dinner? And, are you doing a rehearsal dinner?

    i am glad I found this! My FI and I decided the things we are going to spend money on is a dj and photographer. We are looking at a few, and they all seem to be about the same prices- EXPENSIVE!! But, its our wedding day and this is one of the most important things to us! I think we are going for 6 hours +TTD session the next day

    Ladies getting married on a Saturday..... When are you telling your guests to arrive/ when are you arriving at your resort? I am having a hard time with this one.

    Shelgal, I am having the same problem. Its hard to figure out what to pay for and what to do yourself. Did you ladies who brought their own sashes for the chairs set them up themselves? or have the resort do it? I think that my resort charges me either way
