We are doing photos afterwards. My FI is set on staying apart the night before, and having our eyes first meet at the alter. I like the idea of seeing each other first and having a moment, but I am happy to share that moment with my friends and family that have traveled to see us. One of the only traditions we are doing! Plus, we are also getting married at 5pm. I would like to have some sunset photos with my "husband." Bummed that we will miss part of cocktail hour but I feel like it is always that way for brides and grooms. I am hoping to arrange some cocktails on the beach- i think it would be a great photo

I also have no flower girl or ring bearer! I have been wondering about he idea of what to do about the rings. I have been so consumed with finishing my STD's I feel like I am falling behind on everything else!!! I do like the idea of a clam shell, but it seems to big to keep in the boys pockets and I am worried about the MOH carrying it. I am curious to hear what other ladies did or are doing. thank you ladies. our TA said the hotel would honor the 6the night for free deal. My other question is How have you ladies arranged transportation from the airport to hotel?

Ladies, I am hoping you can help me out. What kind of deals are you getting for booking the wedding. I was under the impression that for every night you book you get the 6th for free. Now my TA is telling me that this is not true and we will just book as usual??!! Can you ladies help me out and let me know what kind of deals I should expect. I have seen all of your work and have been so jealous I think chocotaco is right about us being able to do these things because we have booked at an AI in Riviera Maya. If I booked early then I am able to secure rates for 2012. Sounds like the opposite for you. We are getting married on Saturday May 18. We plan to arrive Sunday or Monday. I wanted to get married Thursday, but my time was not available.

FI still needs to invite 2 more of his "boys" Now I am working on the completion of STD's. My goal is to get them out by 5.18

I was having a hard time, but loved the Dreams options. I have had friends and family stay with them before and they LOVED it! Just read over what you can. But, it help to start sending emails to the wedding planners so you can find out what days and times are open so that way you can get what you want! Good Luck

I see no problem with delivering the bags ahead of time! You will have enough to bring and worry about. Let your FI deliver them, that is a great presentation. You are still providing thoughtful gifts for your loved ones.
