Hi Praye! I am getting married at Paradisus Palma Real too.. Did you have fish for your dinner? I am still deciding the reception dinner menu, an also the photographer, any recommendations? And congratulations!

Great! I am getting married at PPR in march, cant' wait! Any tips about reception menu? And photography? did you hire the in-house company? I want to held ceremony at the beach, but I have heard is too windy.. I do want perfect pictures, but if the wind is too strong, everyone will look unkempt..

Thanks everyone, and happy new year!! I checked out all the forums, as Starchild suggested. It was hard to make up my mind, but we finally ended up choosing Paradisus Palma Real Resort, at the Dominican. We are so excited! Now we are going with decoration (I definitively want orchid arrangements as centerpieces) and food.. any suggestions about reception dinner menu?

Hello cdc150! For me the pictures are very important, because only a small part of my family will be able to travel with us for the wedding, can you tell me some details about their service? I am considering HDC, Photo Souvenir and Arrecife, still not sure!! I need advice, I am undecided about it!

Could you recommend a beautiful place for a small wedding (just the 2 of us) in Jamaica? I was there a couple years ago, but stayed inside Bahia Principe almost all the time, few days to get to know much more from the country..

Hi everyone! I am new here, and as all of you dear brides-to-be, I found the man I am going to spend the rest of my life with.. so happy! We will be married in March 2012, and we would like to held a little ceremony at the caribbean.. just for the two of us! (or budget is short, so we will celebrate later with our relatives back home) To begin, we have 3 countries in mind: Jamaica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My first question to start would be: Which country? and the second: which hotel? I have nothing set yet, so I am starting through here, getting info from all your experiences..
