What is everyone doing for table decorations? Or what did you do for decorations? I have 15 - 20 guest trying to decide between round or long tables? Any advice appreciated -

If you have a preferred date secure it first and the earlier the better in my experience.

I was told you couldn't reserve until 1 month out. Hate you can't have the ceco terrace, but pictures of spice terrace look nice.

Congrats I'm jealous your wedding is close! What type of Bose system are you using and who is going to be in charge of operating it? My fiancé wants to use our iPod, but I am concerned about having to operate it. I am planning on tipping the salon just not sure how much.

Congrats on choosing EPM! I am getting married 3/15/13. We are using Adrian Herrea for or photographer. He seems to do good work, but not terribly expensive. I was like you and originally wanted Del Sol. Their photography plays a huge part in why I choose excellence, but Adrian seems to have good work. Welcome to the forum!

What type of glasses or cups did the drinks by the beach/pool come in? Trying to decide on insulated cups for my guest. They are super cute but trying to do practical useful items in our welcome bags. Thanks!

Yea it's all very confusing, but wedding coordinator has all the specifics on what you have to have for civil. If you do symbolic it is not legal in USA, you would need to go to court house and be married to be legal. A lot of brides have done a private ceremony at the court house prior to Mexico, but not told there families and use Mexico as the anniversary date. I'll look through my emails and find what all you need tor it to be legal.

I have not seen a dance floor in pictures of CECO terrace, but you can rent one from DJ. We are planning to not have a formal dance floor but just use the open space to dance in. I'm not doing bouquet toss because only 2 people are unmarrief going with us, but may do it at our at home reception. We are doing cake cutting and first dance at resort and at our at home reception. Has anyone gotten a 2013 price sheet I only have 2012?

Need a little help with my timeline for pictures. Our ceremony is at 5 and we have 8 hours of coverage. How is everyone else setting up there time schedule? Is there room in spice terrace for DJ and dancing or does that need to be in a different location?
