    Hey....we get one centrepiece, total. They set it up at the ceremony on a table and then take it to your reception location for the head table. If you're getting married at the pergola, as we are, you also can take the 2 flower medallions that hang on either side of the pergola, and use those at the reception. We looked into the cost of adding additional centerpieces and it was soooo expensive! So now, I'm bringing down vases, lanterns, and various shells, tea lights etc.... Hope that clarifies! I wish we got one per table, that'd be amazing! Kristen

    That's great news that your friend is now able to come! My weddin gparty is also uneven, one of our groomsmen is a teacher, and couldn't get the week off (they double dip you here, so he'd lose the week of pay AND have to pay out of his salary to hire the supply teacher- crazy!) We're arriving on the 20th, getting married on the 25th, where are you getting married, I will keep an eye out! 8 wks for you huh? we leave 9 wks today

    Speaking of DJ, our travel agent told us the Doremixx is no longer available (or will charge a 24% increase in pricing), so the resort now uses Abispl DJ Company. Has anyone heard of them?

    We are using the DJ in place of the live music, so that's always an option- you only get the DJ for two hours though, so we are using an ipad for the dinner hour, and then the DJ for the remaining two hours. I agree, three hours is SO short, but budget-wise, we can't do it- that might change once we're there...we'll see! We have a similar timeline Ceremony 4pm (the sun sets at 5:30!) Cocktail Hour 5-7pm - I think offiically only for an hour, but then people can relax for a bit before dinner. Dinner 7-10pm
