Jass, I was just married on May 5th and flew American. Some of the larger airlines unfortunately still do not have hanging closets, or use their closets for storage. I just spoke to the attendants at the gate as soon as we got there and let them know that I had a wedding gown. They were all so nice and went out of their way to help. On one of the flights they actually asked the captain to hang it in the cockpit and the other flight hung it in the back of 1st class. Even the TSA agents were really nice and gave me the tip of laying down the dress at the back of my bin, hooking on the dress to the bin so that it would drag through the Xray and not get crushed. Also, the Excellence will press your gown and your fiancés suit/tux as part of the wedding packages and then have it delivered back to the room early the day of the wedding.

Hi Iciz, I too have heard from Nayeli. While she is not as prompt with her responses as Gustavo was, she has responded to 2 of my emails that I have sent her and correctly summarized the train of communication that had been on-going between Gustavo and myself regarding prices for certain flowers that I requested. Also, I had been asking Gustavo for pricing for almost 2 months for custom table arrangements and he seemed to be getting nowhere with the florist and Nayeli was able to give me the price within 2 days. May wedding date is May 5th and I was also freaking out with ANOTHER change in the wedding coordinators but Nayeli seems to be on track so far! I hope that she gets back to you soon!

Hi Amanda, Are you working with Gustavo? He has been taking my requests for food options etc. for a little bit now and I am getting married on May 5, 2012. I would email whoever you are working with at the resort and see if they will take your requests earlier. Based on what I have been experiencing with flowers, if you are planning on upgrading to something not offered on the resort, a price quote can take up to a month due to the florist they are working with. Hi! Are you booking with Lori or Lincoln from Moments that Matter? They both seem immensely talented and my friend who was married at Dreams Tulum was lucky enough to have them as a duo for her wedding. They are both cleared to photograph at EPM also. Hi Laura, I am getting married May 5th 2012 and currently in talks with both Gustavo and Ileana as I also have IN WRITING that it is simply a $100 per photographer vendor fee (a $500 photography fee was never mentioned when I inquired). We will see how this turns out! Otherwise all of the wedding planning has gone off without a hitch! It's nice to see that Gustavo is faster in his response time than Yamina was...
