We just booked him for our wedding!!! Yay!! And if our pictures come out half as beautiful as yours I will be thrilled!!!! Was he pretty good to work with?? Everyone that I have communicated with there has been great so far!

Yay!! It is seriously the funnest thing ever!! But it's SO much harder to make a decision that I thought it would be. They are all so pretty it's like how do you "know"

Hello All~ I am getting ready to order our Save the Dates, and I want to include something with our travel agent's information, room pricing, etc. We are going to use the large postcards on Vista Print, but I was wondering if anybody has examples of how they worded this kind of information. Thanks for the tip on the hairspray!! As far as a TTD, I'm not sure what we are going to do. At this point we aren't really making too many decisions until we have a better idea of how many people we are going to have! Our guest list is huge, well by destination wedding standards it is huge (my fiance's mom is one of 9 - all married with kids) ~ and a lot of people are saying they are going to come. But we'll see how many actually book! I'm still on the fence about whether I want to "trash" my anyway ~ LOL! But they do make for really cool pictures!

joda~ Thanks for posting those! Your pictures are beautiful, and I think your hair and makeup came out really well. I also have fine/thin hair but I'm going to wear my hair down, so how badly can someone mess that up?? We are using Adrian from Victor Herrera Photography ~ we really liked Del Sol too, but I think they were a bit more expensive. What was your wedding date??

We have definitely decided on doing the legal ceremony at home. I could be wrong but it just looks like such a hassle ~ paperwork, blood work, how far in advance you and your witnesses have to arrive, etc. I'd rather go to the courthouse back home and not have to worry about any of that "technical" stuff once I get to Mexico!! What day are you looking at??

Does anybody know what the outside vendor fees for a photographer and a makeup artist are?? Thanks!!

RFinger: thank you! I was beginning to develop a complex ~ LOL And your wedding pictures are stunning!! Whenever someone posts pictures from their wedding at Now Sapphire it makes me even more excited that I already am!!!

Yay for April 2013 Sapphire Brides!! I am soooo excited (even though I just got off the phone with my mom, who flat out said she wasn't excited about the fact that we are getting married in Mexico, and that we should be having a "proper" wedding back home in MA - grrrrrrrrrrrr). Anyway, we are also having the reception at the tequila terrace with the ceremony on the beach right in front of the tequila terrace. We decided that we are going to do the cocktail reception the night before the wedding, as kind of a Welcome Party, and we'll use the photographer included in the package that night as well. We aren't going to have a DJ or a dance floor -- just an iPod and then we'll go to the bar/dance club? at the hotel after. But we are going to use an outside photographer, right now we are pretty sure we are going to go with Adrian from Victor Herrera Photography. As far as centerpieces go I don't really have a clue!! I think it is all going to depend on how many people end up coming, because if the group is small enough I think I want to do one long table. Are you going to be using a travel agent?? I am still on the fence, but leaning towards yes..........................................

Hello Everyone! So my fiance and I decided on our 4.27.13 for our wedding a little while ago, but we hadn't actually "reserved" the date. I e-mailed Anel (4/27) with a question about moving forward with the booking process and I never heard back, so I e-mailed Ramon (5/7) and I haven't heard back from him either!!!!!!! Is this the norm?? Not hearing back for weeks? And does anybody have any suggestions on how to get in touch with the wedding coordinators?

Question: Does the white gauze over the wedding arch (for a beach wedding) come with all the packages??
