    thanks for the support! my dress only had to be shortened so that's not a big deal (or im hoping), the wedding band he said around 2 weeks (just dropped it off), and the brochures i got a good start on last night (thankfully). the only crappy part is that the maracas are in Mexico, as my cousin ordered them. I'm hoping something can be done through her. I know it's coming together but its just the sensation of not having the most important things already done you know? make sure you have a list of all that you've done/planned it sure helps!! Melissa

    it's official! panic has set it. 1- fiance doesnt have his shoes 2- my dress isn't done yet 3- my maracas came in the wrong colour 4- my wedding band isnt done 5- we do not have any music 6- brochures and luggage tags are not done panic!!

    hi! I was going to order them from http://www.amols.com/ ..... I found them to be the cheapest even after shipping and taxes (I see you're in ontario) but my cousin will bring them with her (she lives in Mexico). Another option is to order them and have them shipped to buffalo to a shipping house where they will receive packages for you. I did this with a number of things... bows and organza fabric bolts from amazon. happy planning!

    Hm, the colour seems off because of the lighting, I can't really tell but I have a suggestion... could your fiance be in a different colour pant? that way you can order the other 3 to match and you only lose out on one... just an idea. It's hard to compare colours without physically seeing them.

    ok. I sent the deposit to Doremixx 3 days ago... and I haven't heard anything! I'm starting to worry... how long did it take for you guys to hear back?

    hey, we have 61 guests and also thought the list was terribly confusing. We ended picking a set menu and chose chicken for everyone (except vegetarians). It's $18 per person and it includes an appetizer and dessert. We didn't want to bother asking everyone what they wanted, plus our guests are all easy going... I shall see if this was the right choice in a couple of weeks!

    I would check with your airline because most do have a special closet for wedding dresses. I know ours, sunwing, does and they even let brides and grooms board first! If not, i would much rather roll it and know its not being jammed or ripped somehow.

    i feel the same! there's little things like an info brochure that we want to send out before we leave (feb 15th) and little details and I'm stressing out so much!

    Hi ladies, just had a random question. We're finding this resort to not be giving us any sort of perks or upgrades, I'm not sure if it's just because of who we used or what but I find that most resorts accomodate a big group and they haven't given us anything Has anyone been given any perks/upgrades? I find them to be a bit strict specially with the outrageous vendor fees and prices for something of the stuff they offer. Any thoughts on this?

    Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience.... it was awesome! we ordered 3 full suits, one in the light gray for my FI, one black for my dad and one dark gray. We also ordered gray pants and vests for the groomsmen. Let me tell you that if your worried about sizing and quality there is nothing to worry about! we are so happy with them and they all fit perfectly. They shipped in 2 weeks to Toronto and only minimal tax. They are all fully lined. Here are some phone pics, sorry about the lighting, I shall post more from the wedding when it happens!
