That's so cute!! She could do the traditional flowers or a ribbon wand... both are kind of childish but I feel like that's the point and that's what makes it whimsical and quirky!

That's so unfair! I hope she can get them to honor the original contract! I definitely would NOT go with a resort that didn't let me at least have the option of my own vendors. I just couldn't stand not having any control over it!

I'm using MyRegistry.com and you can register for gifts and cash on the same registry. I'd suggest doing a small physical registry with a few upgrades or whatever and then having a cash gift fund called, just as you said "Future family fund"
