Thanks Ladydi! I told Joannis I wanted the Tucan Gazebo for the ceremony and Tucan Terrace for the reception. I will definately ask about that extra hour. How late did your reception go? My ceremony is at 6. I am not having pictures after the ceremony (well whatever they do with Package A...plus 15 minutes they are giving me because I tried to the negotiate price I have 28 people including Tim and I. That should be it. So if its 8p/per table its 3.5 tables lol. Did you get 10 people per table? Thanks for the info on the restaurants!! Which other areas would be good for functions? Our room block is sunrise. I thought PSAV for 4 hours was $404? I will email them now. $234 is worth it.

I have a few questions for you ladies: I will be getting unlimited events, but it says up to three hours a day. So after my wedding I am just going to have a reception from 630-9:30 I will try to "tip" the bartender to stay longer? Id rather have the reception for 3 hours. Does this make sense, or would any of you do something different. I am torn between bringing a portable BOSE docking station or paying PSAV? (I am having an AHR with a DJ and a photographer) Also, one of my friends suggested forgoing the welcome dinner reservation (which I wanted at Los Caporales) and having a private function instead?? Honestly, I don't know where to have these things? Ive never been to Moon Palace? Any thoughts/ideas welcome!! SLASH someone want to plan MY wedding in addition to your own I'm having planners block. Between MP and my AHR I cant make any more decisions!!!!

I am a teacher and went to my best friends destination wedding in May. I took my 3 personal days and went Thurs-Monday. I was so sad to leave a day early, but I did what I had to do. And now Im planning a destination wedding too! the only ones who will regret it are the ones not there! Money will always come and go, but those memories last a lifetime. Cliche I know, but its true!

Im not sure where you are from, or which stores are specific to which states, but we looked last month (in MA) and most stores : Nordstroms, Miltons and Mens Wearhouse all carry Linene suits but they dont come in till late March. So hopefully anytime...since we are 103 days away....but whos counting? Not my FI

My MOH got her dress yesterday! She bought it from JCrew. She is my only attendant so it was a little more difficult. She had ALL the say! I am planning on showing wedding video during AHR and I dont want our first dance song to be played twice- (they use the ceremony music in the DVD)
