    Did any previous brides use the spa? Bebe, do you plan on using it? My BMs want to do a day at the spa. We have both tried contacting the resort but I have yet to receive a reply. I even tried Tanesha. Does anyone have any different contact info?

    I am going with the floor length multi-way dress from Coralie on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/listing/81955283/octopus-convertible-wrap-gown-honolua . They were $100 a dress and everyone seemed to like them. I had offered to pay for the dresses but they all declined. I will be paying for there makeup and hair instead.

    Get something engraved from Things Remembered. They normally can get it done in a few hours. A flask, pocket watch...something like that.

    I think we are going to do separate rooms the night before the wedding.

    We invited 100 and we around 40 that RSVP'd. We sent many out to family who we know cannot make it but it was suggested we do so to keep everybody happy.

    They book up fast!! I am having my wedding at a sister property and I wanted to honeymoon at the Palms but all of the rooms are gone for the weekend I wanted

    I brought fans for the guests. I was thinking about parasols but I didn't know how to use them if we are doing bouquets. But I might buy a few just in case. I picked out a lighter dress last night to wear at the reception too.

    I do belive that the dress is heavy. I haven't it tried it on in a while so I can't remember. I may look for a lighter dress as a backup.

    We are having a full reception at home. We rented a ballroom in a hotel($3000) plus the DJ and lighting($1200), cake($200), photo booth($300), and photography is free courtesy of my FI bf. We are going to display our wedding, eat and party!

    I was wondering about this myself. I spoke to the WC at my resort and asked at what point do you need a sound system for the ceremony. Maybe you should ask the resort to see what they say. I know I have read that others have used the BOSE for their receptions and they were great. I can't really speak for the ceremony.

    I know, I know, I picked a wedding date in the height of the summer so I shouldn't complain. However, its too late to turn back the clock and change anything. My wedding is at 3pm in August. That being said does anyone have any advice on staying cool in your dress?

    You may want to contact some of the brides who she helped. Maybe that will ease some of your fears and answer some of your questions.

    I wasn't going to have any since my FI won't have a best man (wife is expecting) but I broke down and asked my fav girls to be by my side since they were already coming.

    I'm getting all of the parents hankys whether they are hanky people or not. They come in gift boxes and you can also include a poem. I brought mine from a seller on etsy.
