Where have you ladies been finding shirts for your guys to wear? I have found some nice.... and nicely priced linen shirts at Macys.com. Only problem is.... colors. I am thinking my fiance should wear white and the groomsmen wear something off-white, natural in color, but the same style as the grooms. Has anyone found a site with multiple colors to choose from of same style, linen shirts? Help?!?!? I am also looking for a dark khaki linen pant.... reasonably priced. Has anyone had luck with that? Congrats!!! Your wedding looked beautiful! I too am having a beach ceremony and beach terrace reception. What time did you get married? When did the on-lookers decide to leave you guys alone?!?!? Did you do your flowers through the resort? Were the wedding coordinators really helpful once you got to the resort? Did they upgrade you the the Preferred Club? ~Heather

Amy- With the resort's DJ.... here is a dumb question. Is that included in the Devine package for a part of the time? You mentioned you were going to pay for additional hours. I think it woudl be fun to have the DJ on the beach instead of hauling everyone into the nightclub!

Wow Amy and Molly- You guys are really helpful! Thank You! I appreciate all of your feedback so much! I am still going back and forth about the DJ. I know a lot of people just move their party into Elipse, the nightclub on the resort. Are you both getting an outside photographer? I have been talking to a few online.... it seems that they are a little pricey, but that is the way to go! If you are using someone outside of the resort, would you mind telling me who you are using? One more question (for now) Are you using the resorts florist? Do you find that they are overpriced? Do we even have a choice to use them or an outside vendor? Thanks again Ladies! Heather

Hi Amy- Thank you so much for explaining that there are 2 locations for the beach wedding. No one else mentioned that! Amazing! Out of curiosity... what time is your ceremony scheduled for? If the beach ceremony/beach terrace is right in front of the pool, do you think a lot of guests will still be "mingling" around the pool at 4/5:00? Are you doing the Eternity or Devine Package? Are you getting a DJ? It looks like a lot of brides do the Tequila Terrace... I rarely see people choose the Beach Terrace. They both look gorgeous.... I am sure we have nothing to worry about! What wedding planner have you directly dealt with at the resort, Anel? Sorry for all the questions.... now that all of this has been screwed up.... I have my guard up! We still plan on getting married at Now Sapphire even though we have had these problems. I have spent hours upon hours trying to find a resort that would work for us. This seemed like the best fit! After speaking to some friends of my parents recently, we just found out they were at this resort for their 35th wedding anniversary. They had tons of wonderful things to say about the resort.... no complaints. You know it is a little more reassuring to have your wedding at a place that you personally know people that went to it... and enjoyed it. Thanks again for your reply.... that helps a lot! Heather

Has anyone had a problem with the original "booking date" of your wedding? I am currently having some issues with the resort. I filled out my paperwork and was promised a month and a half ago that my wedding was set for May 25th, 2012... Beach Ceremony and Tequilla Terrace for the reception at 4:00. NOW... I am told that there is another wedding party on the Tequilla Terrace so I have to move my reception to the Beach Terrace. I am not sure where the other bride is having her ceremony, but I know it is an hour after mine. Isn't their "rule" you will never see another bride on your wedding day? I am really confused and upset by all of this. Wondering if anyone else has had any issues like this, or if it is just me. Does anyone know how far apart the Tequilla Terrace is from the Beach Terrace? Suggestions?!?!? Heather

JSA14- I am jealous that you are going ahead of time to check out the resort! We were going to do that as well... but with time restraints with our busy schedules, it doesn't allow! I will be anticipating your report when you come back with the answers to your questions!!!!!! My biggest question too is how much per person are they going to charge over 25 people?!?!? Another good question is, how much do they charge for outside vendors to come in, like florists. I have read on here from other brides that it is waaaaay cheaper to get your flowers off the resort and bring them in. I think the bride and groom automatically get "bumped up" into the preferred club. I have also heard that it is possible to get the parents of the couple upgraded to the preferred as well. I am wondering if this is true...... Can't wait to hear back from you! Take pictures too if you can! Thanks.... I owe ya one!

Has Ramone mentioned how much extra per person it is for dinner over the 25 guests? Where are you doing your cocktail party and reception? Both at Tequila Terrace? How much of a response have you been getting from the on-site wedding coordinator? Has she been good to deal with? I am waiting for confirmation for a May 25th wedding date. What time of day did you choose to get married....sunset? How many people do you have attending? Has it been a problem getting your guests booked there? Sorry for all of the questions... I am checking into a May 2012 wedding at Sapphire. Trip Advisor reviews don't look so hot. Has anyone been there yet? I am a little nervous!!!!!
