Hi Ladies!!! After reading through several posts, I'm glad to see the amount of support on here! Hopefully it will help motivate me. I'm on week 2 of Weight Watchers and I have lost 4lbs so far. I need to lose not just for my wedding, but to get back into a healthy shape/form in general. I look forward to reading tips and whatnot, I think I'm going to look into the 30 Day Shred to add to my Weight Watchers also and see what that can do. My only problem is its hard for me to get motivated to stick with it. I picked out my wedding dress today, so hopefully that will be a HUGE motivation!
