Does anyone have a list of the drink prices? It would really help me crunch the numbers to see which option would be better for us if I had an idea of drink costs... If anyone could share, that'd be great!!

Great idea! It seems like a lot of brides get real touch and I have to assume that not all plan to keep them as keepsakes! I am definitely considering real touch and like the idea of re-using. It's hard to find anyone selling used ones online though. Hopefully some ladies post!

I'm also worried about being too hot in a dress and am going to try to stay away from satin. They do make some lighter satin these days though... if it felt heavy at the store though i can only imagine what it'll feel like in the heat!

Well, the FI and I have decided to start Insanity at the beginning of May (wedding is in November). Any tips for us? We're going to check out the nutrition plan today to see what it entails because I know how important eating is, i'm just not into unmanageable programs that tell you to cut out major food groups. I'm looking for more of a lifestyle change than a diet Should we try the insanity workouts a couple days a week before officially starting in may? Definitely plan to take before pics. Although a not fun experience, i think they're helpful. Thanks for posting yours Kellygrrl. It's actually super helpful to see someone normal post their pics so you can get an idea of what's reasonable to expect (you look great by the way!) and from someone who isn't on their promotional video Does anyone know of a good app or online tracker or something that has helped keep them motivated or at least tracking their progress? I find sometimes those kind of things help and wondered if anyone knew of a good one or an insanity specific one. thanks!!

Gosh, it's so crazy to me that they offer all these free prints! Have been so busy lately that I haven't been able to order anything, but I have some future plans - and just love that it's free!

When we first started looking at prices, we were looking at quotes that were upwards of $2000 from one of our departure cities and that was just too much, so I know how you feel. In the end when we got more finalized quotes, they came in under $2000 so we were okay with that, but it is hard to ask people to spend that kind of money to join you at your wedding. Now i've seen that we've had great response and will be having somewhere between 60 and 80 people attending so I think people are okay with the costs. We considered picking a different resort based on prices, but at the end of the day we decided that we needed to have it where we wanted. You don't know who isn't going to be able to make it regardless of costs and you can't really make decisions based on what other people might or might not do. And for those guests who were coming no matter what, we wanted to make sure that we had chosen a nice resort. I don't know if that helps at all, but at least know that you're not alone in this and that you can get to feeling okay about it! It doesn't bother me any more, but I know at the beginning it did.
