so my day started out very bad lol. I had been so excited on Friday because I found these gorgeous Juicy Couture canvas totes that were originally $78 on sale online for $20 and I had a 20% off coupon with free shipping. Needless to say I was ecstatic as I have 9 young ladies (stepdaughters to be and nieces) that would love these as their tote bags and for $18 I was getting a real juicy bag with pink (my wedding color) well I was devestated this morning when I got an email from juicy saying my order was cancelled. After getting a major run around for 2 hours and no satisfaction I went to my nearest outlet which had them for $50 and after arguing with the whole store and making them call the DM and letting me email her the cancellation I got 9 of them for $20 with 20% off lmao. So much stress but I am so happy

Oh yeah I am on top of the coupon thing. I love to shop but I must feel that I am getting a deal lol. But FYI when you give them the 50% coupon it comes off the highest priced item. I am always making sure of that and it does everytime.

I know I am having the same thoughts. I don't really have a lot of guests so I hope it isn't too much but I do have a teenage niece who is dying to be the DJ lol maybe I can make her the photobooth girl. I am also going to have the photographer take some pictures there also because I have him for the whole ceremony and it really isn't going to be neessary once the cake is cut and the first dances are over. If I think of anything I will let you know. And I think the WC or an assistant are there all night so maybe they can help.

So I have been so jealous of all the beautiful DIY projects but I am not doing any projects yet as I have no idea how many people are coming. I am in my gathering stage- I have been ordering towels and vistaprint items and OOT stuff but I am waiting another month until I have a clearer picture of who is coming. I did not do invitations because I did an e vite and it is mostly family so I decided to save money thereand spend it on the people who are coming. Anyway so my first DIY project is the following: I have decided to set up a "photobooth" using photoprops I ordered from an etsy seller , boas, sombreros and chalkboards. I ordered an instax camera that will allow my guests to put there picture in my guest book with a message thus my photobooth book will also serve as my guest book. I have started the guest book and this is what I have so far. I bought so many stickers and embellishments it is ridiculous but everything was so cute but i realized I should leave those for the guests to decorate their pages.

Oh Kristie your video is awesome and you looked gorgeous. Who did your hair and makeup? I also had a question that I am trying to figure out. I want to have my flower girls in the carriage with me as I believe your adorable little girl was. I only have my daughter as a maid of honor and my 2 Goddaughter as flower girls so I am wondering if the girls are in the carriage does their music start when the carriage pulls up and will the maid of honor be there waiting for us and they will walk in to one song and than when does my music start and do you just wait for everyone else to go and wait there? I love this idea too. I actually have the Kodak camera with very small photo printer and i was going to use that. I ordered adorable props from etsy and boas and sombreros from oriental trading. And i got the guest book from Michael its so gorgeous. I will post photos when its all done.

Okay so I finally spoke to a WC who booked all of my locations although she wouldn't answer any other questions but thankfully the lovely brides on here helped me choose locations. She told me I have to wait until 90 days before my wedding (only 2 months away so whatever) I get all my info from u ladies anyway . But now I checked off dress and locations and since I have decided I will only make lists of lists of DIY projects until I know who is coming I only have 2 things to obsess over..vistaprint and music lol. sooo i need some help from past brides: I want to have my 2 adorable nieces with me in the carriage so how does the music work for that. The maid of honor walks down the aisle before the carriage gets there? Do the flower girls walk right in front of me to the song I picked to walk down the aisle to? Just wondering if someone could clear up the timing for me?? And at the reception about how long does the dinner music have to be? And when do they cut the cake right after the buffet? At what point does the first dance come-does the reception start with that and than go to food? Just trying to figure out my timeline for photographer and stuff. And what songs do people use for the cake cutting??? Thanks so much! Now I am off to stalk all threads having to do with what I could start buying from vista print.

If we have learned anything from this website it is that you can definitely do it. These women have shown us that with a little encouragement anything is possible. Now you will have the wedding of your dreams and not put yourself in hock and have a little less work to do- who is better than you? lol. Have fun! You can definitely do it!
