But the reception is $400 per table of ten from what I understand that is no matter how many people you have. Only the restaurant reservation is for 35 people or less.

Coco i WAS SAD NO PROJECTS LOL BUT CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE ADORABLE PUP COME HOME (YOUR SON IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE) Jamie people suck and I have a story about my future in laws that I have to vent about but I will save it until I can talk about it without crying. On a happy note I just hit 61 room nights so my reception is free Yayyyyy. But I really have to get started on my projects and a diet lol. I wouldn't worry about it. I am very excited about using smile market and I love the pictures. Some say david Pena is one of the best in Mexico. But besides that I have spoken to a few brides that have used outside vendors and 2 said they would have used the resort photographer because they get the best shots..they know when things are going to happen and they get right up close and personal and know exactly where to be to get the perfect shot where as there photographers missed some big shots because they didn't know the protocol. They have lots of rave reviews and everyone likes different things. Bring a list of shots you want or some sample pics and don't worry about it. For $2,200 I got the deluxe package with 4 hours video and you get pics before during and after so how can you beat that .

Thanks so much ladies for the kind words I was so excited about my dress but kind of down because i went alone and I was soooo happy reading your posts. my daughter is my maid of honor and i didn't do a bridal party and she is busy with Law school finals and my sister is on her own planet and i didn't want to bother anyone since I feel bad i don't have a bridal party lol. My FI felt bad and cancelled his meeting to drive me there and wait outside and than take me to dinner so i could gain a few more pounds lmao and than shopping his most hated thing lol. He really does love me and it makes you appreciate what you have . And my mom made my final payment on my dress so i am loving her too lol. All good. Have a beautiful weekend ladies. Jamie I have the same thing pretty much just our siblings and close family and sometimes I wonder if it's worth all the expense but than I realize it's my day and those I love most will be with me and that's what matters .

You really learn a lot about yourself when others behave grossly. It's hard for someone like you to understand because you are there for others in a drop of a hat which is evident just from how you handle yourself on this forum so it's aggravating when you don't get one millionth of that respect back but you are a classy chick and doing your thing girl. You know we all have your back -that is what I love about this forum the most- the outpouring from people you barely know that still somehow care and understand all of your biggest concerns and fears. i really appreciate all the women here.

I was going to say the same thing as some of the others because you will probably taking pictures for a lot of the cocktail hour. I was thinking of nixing the cocktail hour and letting people congregate at the bar until the reception since I feel like there will be so much food and I want to put more into the reception and I am having it on the Carribean terrace and there is a bar up there anyway. I don't know I can't decide - keep going back and forth lol. good luck girl.

I had my first fitting today. I was so not in the mood because I have not only NOT lost a pound but gained 5 and can't seem to get motivated to start a routine between xmas shopping and wedding obsessing so I was less than thrilled to go and have been putting it off but when i put on my dress wrinkly as it was and as bad a hair day as I was having...i was sooo happy and in love with my adorae. I can't wait to wear this dress

So beautiful to hear wondrous news like that and it reminds us all to be grateful for the most important things like the health of the ones we love and put the petty nonsense that seems to come with our weddings where they belong and not fret so. God bless your Grandson

Have fun getting your dog. I wish i had the patience for that but i love being free to do what i want when i want and don't want to be tied down to dogs or kids lol. Ours are all grown speaking of which no one knows about spoiled bratty young adult daughters than me (between us we have 4 from 17 to 24) and I will tell you it isn't worth the fight with your man. They eventually grow up and mature and in the meantime you just have to try not to kill them lol. Make your stand but don't let it bum you out over the holidays - it's a time for giving and joy

absolutely I do. It is Christamas time and I have so much going on and running shopping in my spare time. Uggh. I have not even taken out my wedding binder and giant wedding tote lol since last week. I don't know how many people are coming and everyday there is a new issue why someone else can't come. Sooo annoying- should have went to vegas lol. Hopefully the fire will coem back after the holidays. i am almost 90 days but you still have plenty of time

ohh i love boxers. The best dogs ever. And I am waiting patiently for the update on did she or didn't she get the passport lol. I have been MIA because I had abandoned everything for this website and my Christmas shopping was lacking biggg time lol.

This really makes you grateful for the beautiful people in your life and all of our lives especially during the holidays when we get so busy with the hustle and bustle and forget the spirit of it all. You are marrying an amazing man and you are getting amazing in laws and in the end everything is as it should be. So happy for you.

Okay I am posting because I feel like I have to be accountable to someone lol and writing it makes me feel like I am??? I am almost 3 months out and all the talk about losing 15 to 20 pounds before my wedding is not working out. i was so motivated a few months ago i was going to zumba and really making time for myself and eating right and i was down 10 pounds and getting some strength and definition but then i went on a CRUISE last month and although I worked out everyday while I was there and only gained a pound I got into terrible eating habits again (buffet and dessert everyday was a terrible choice a few months before my wedding) and since I have been back i have not done one single strength training excercise or a zumba class ugggh. and of course my obsession with this website and making projects coupled with christmas shopping after work has left me exhausted and feeling like shit about myself so I want to get back on the horse even though i just ate a ring ding and tomorrow I am going to zumba and sunday i will resume my strength training. I have to stop staying up all night on this website so maybe I could workout in the AM...... Thanks for listening. My FI is tired of the same complaint about how miserable i am everyday lol

I am having the exact same issue and i don't think geraldine will change anything. I am almost regretting changing to the membership because of it. Now no one wants to book until they absolutely have to and it's Christmas time and I have no idea who will really come. Do you know when we get a coordinator. I feel like everything is up in the air now. I hope all my locations are still booked;(

Does anyone know how the bed situation is on the sunrise side? I have a few guest that want to triple up but they want to know the bed size and do they have comfortable cots??? Does anyone know about that??? Thanks so much!

For any vistaprint junkies waiting for the next free thing..postcards are now free. Wish i could think of what to do with them lol. I can't seem to find brochures or rack cards for free right now. i think they switch things around every little bit???

I am so on the fence about the sand ceremony myself. I thought it would be boring for people to watch and no one has ever heard of it but that frame is so pretty. Hmmmm. And I agree with Coco when it is THE dress you know it. No dress I tried on compared to the one that I loved even though people (my MOTHER) were trying to change my mind. I like my curves and she wants me to cover them up with a flowy dress but my FI also loves me to flaunt them so you can't really worry about anyone but yourself. I wouldn't buy a dress that you couldn't try on either. You can never tell until you put it on. But do call the manufacturer and ask them you would be surprised some companies are very accomodating.

I love it but I would like to see that first one on you it looks so sexy. But this looks great and I like it better without that 1 strap. It's beautiful!
