    HELP! I get married in 3 weeks at the Hard ROck and still haven't found a good deal renting DJ equipment! Does anyone know who I can speak with in regards to this? JSV's packages are super expensive! I am flying down my dj who is also our guest.

    Hi Patty! Do you know where we could rent DJ equipment that is cheaper than the resorts vendor JSV! They are overcharging for everything! Our guest who is a close friend is a DJ and he will be DJ'ing for us. Do you have any suggestions?

    Not to worry, I inquired about this as well as I am getting married there Dec.5th this year. Apparently is far away from Isle Beach as the resort is just massive. Not to worry.

    Hi CSmith! Yes, unfortunately you do ha e to wait 3 business days but they might be nice enough to all it to happen on a Wednesday. Most resorts have this rule in place. Keep trying to call them or email the wedding coordinator. Go to the hard rock website and full out the form of when you are planning to wed and someone should get back to you. Just a heads up, communication via email will probably be slow!

    Hi Ladies! My wedding is two months away at the Hard Rock and they still haven't assigned my in house Wedding Coordinator! I was told 30 days before or the day I get there to get one, which I have crazy and I am super stressed out! Anyone else on the same boat as me? Also, I am finding communication sooooo hard as we need to rent DJ equipment and I've been given the run around. I just haven't been happy with the communication at all and actually find it super stressful!

    Any brides getting married at the HARD ROCK during Dec. 2-9th or know of any photographers at the resort already there that week!? I need to find a photographer ASAP! Please help

    Hi! I am getting married at the Hard Rock...your own DJ and Photographers you can bring as long as they are your guests and staying at the hotel. If it's an outside Vendor they will charge $1500.00. Miami office so far has been OK, expect to receive replies a few days after you email them.

    I had Maryln but I now have Dunyasi. I finally got a hold of her since they've moved offices. Do you know If our guests are booking packages from our travel agent are we still entitled to the unlimited events if we book certain number of nights? Dunyasi said the refund will take a month, which I find ridiculous.

    Anyone have issues with communicating with the head office? At the moment I am not happy with my Wedding Planner. I am supposed to get married Dec/5th,2012 and they have over charged me and I cant ever get a hold of my planner.

    Hi Ladies! I am planning on getting married at the Moon Palace Nov.24th 2012. Has anyone been there yet? I am afraid from reading the reviews that the beach isn't the greatest. Everything else seems great!

    Anyone getting married at the DR with a group larger than 50 people attending and booked a private ball room for the reception? Anyone willing to let me what price they were given? Any room for negotiations? I am finding that they are not answering all of my questions. We are planning to have a welcome dinner and are charging us 15 dollars/person for the dinner. We also want to extend the reception time past the three hours and are planning to charge us 15/person as well. Anyone willing to let me know how much they paid for their wedding at the Dreams ? Thank You!

    Hi Mrs.Barrastobe! I too am planning to get married at the Dreams Riv. Cancun. My best friend just informed me about the Paradisus and now considering this resort. My fiance will be thrilled to know that the pools are heated as it's one of his top five for resort choices! lol. Please let me know how they are with choices of wedding packages and if they will negotiate with prices. We have about 80 guests and including children. I got to go down in Dec. to see the Dreams and fell in love with it and now I guess I am going to be comparing with the Paradisus.

    I sent the Dreams an email a week ago and I haven't heard back from them. Anyone having the same issue?

    That's crazy! We will probably bump into each other! lol I went to a wedding this past August in Jamaica and it's best to get married asap because it's def. less stressful and that way you can enjoy the rest of the week with everyone. I just bought my dress three weeks ago, but haven't had much time at the moment to do anything. I am a teacher and it's report card time. As soon as reports are in we will start the negotiations!

    Thanks for the information! I guess I will reactive my FB account . When in November are you getting married? I am also getting married in November. I arrive at the Dreams on the 24th of November and plan to get married either on the 26th or 27th.
