    I've decided to go ahead and make my own passport invites, thanks to this amazing site! I think they'll turn out well, I made the template this weekend and have it all written up! I am waiting on my paper to come in, and then off to the races I go...getting them printed, cut, and bound. I really hope they'll be exactly what I picture in the end..I'll post them when I'm done!

    I agree completely! I think we have decided to do what you're doing. Also, some people have told me that pictures are best done before the wedding ceremony for the bride and groom and then group pics and everything after. What are people's experiences? I don't really want my groom to see me before the wedding, in my gown, but I'm not sure there will be enough time for pictures after the ceremony! we'll be getting married at 4:00

    I'm making my own brooch bouquet as well! Only thing is, they are very, very heavy...make sure to calculate that when you pack them in your luggage

    You look beautiful in that dress! If you're second guessing it however, going to check out other bridal stores and trying on different dresses will ease your mind either way...

    That's what we have done...I hope people can make it, but I know it won't happen. We'll see...it'll be awesome if we're surprised and a lot of people can come, however I don't think that'll be the case.

    That's what we'll do as well - a cruise to a natural lagoon with open bar! Im hoping the turnout will be good

    I don't think you're too early at all! I'm sending out mine in the next week or two, and I'm gettign married in March. We didn't do save the dates though. Everyone's been asking when the invites are going out so theyre all expecting them.

    Wow that's a nice surprise! We are paying about 3400$ for one week, and we'll probably tack on an extra week when we know more about costs. May as well, since we'll already be down there!
