Interesting because I did book prior to march 1! I booked end of Feb!

My coordinator said the private events were 2 hours plus the add'l cost per table each hour is $60. Unlimited for the wedding day would include a 1 hour cocktail and a 2 hour reception.

Do you have an email for PSAV? I sent them and JSAV an inquiry and only JSAV got back to me. I want to compare their rates. The JSAV quote mainly explained the equipment they will provide and hardly anything about the DJ services except that there is one. Does anyone know what the DJ Services included? Do they provide any props, lighting, etc? Do we need to provide them with a CD or IPOD to play? Thanks!

Yes, all rooms have safes, and they are laptop size too.

I just finished. Definite muscle tone. Not much weight loss but I also wasn't being strict with my diet and I too do not have much to lose. Its great, and I definitely recommend it.

I am getting my ring resized next week. I have been wearing a guard since our engagement because the ring was too big to begin with it. They make permanent round balls as guards which I here are more comfortable than the standard bar one. I do not like the bar guard because it always loosens and rolls around my ring, lol.

I am so glad I found this thread! I joined WW a year ago and lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. I exercise 5-6 days a week, but I got a little lax with my eating habits and have not broken through my plateau. Only 6-10 lbs more to lose to be at goal, but toning will be my next focus. After reading all these posts, I think I mapped out my next set of exercises...start with the 30 day shred, then couch to 5K during the summer and ending with Insanity! Bikini Body, here I come!!!

Is the $200 set up fee for each table or just overall? This will make a difference if I bring my own reception decor or use the Colin Cowie ones?

No worries ladies, I completely understand your frustration and do not take it personally at all! From reading this thread, the one thing I learned is that you have to be pushy with them. I contacted my sales rep, Michelle Farinas, who originally told me that Ivis will be contacting me and since she is leaving, I wanted to be contacted by my new coordinator immediately. Low and behold the next email I received was from Joannis. I hope you hear back from her quickly!

Now at least I can expect that I will not be hearing from her. Who knows when someone from MP will be contacting me. I just began this planning process and dealing with MP and now I know what all you ladies have been complaining about. Hrmph!

I too will be using HDC for my wedding, which he will be flying to Mexico for! I am getting photography and videography and am so excited. I have only heard great things about this company!

I was told by my sales rep, Michelle Farinas, that Ivis Hitchcock is my wedding planner. Michelle mentioned that she was out sick and would be contacting me upon her return..That was Monday. Now it Thursday. Since I need to be about a million steps ahead of the game, I would like to email Ivis. Granted, she may still be out sick, but I still want to try and reach her. I know some of you ladies have been working with her (and also mentioning her lack of timely responses). If someone could provide me with her email address, I would greatly appreciate it!
