I am doing 4 hours w/buffef and I-pod set up. The 2 hours includes dinner and 2 hours of open bar. To extend to 4 hours is $60/table. For the speaker set up, the new price is $400, it used to be $385 I have the old contract saying it's 10/table, so not sure what is going to happen now with the new collections??? I have a feeling I may be 8/table by the time I get there for my wedding! Hope that helps. It's hard because everyone is starting to get so many different answers!

Hey Summer! We were in Minneapolis, but his Dad lives in Duluth (that's where FI grew up). Have so much fun at your shower and bach. party!!! I paid $72 for 16 t-shirts from vista print. That was 1/2 off the original price. Vista print always has great deals! I will definitely post templates! I got all my templates from this site, so I will definitely be paying it forward! *tear tear* I really hate hearing this! I thinking I am going to have to forgo bringing my own chair sashes and table runners (even though, I have already bought them) I hope Ivis gets back to me soon. And...I REALLY hope this doesn't mean they won't put the favors on the tables. That would severely P!SS me off!!!

ya, that's what I have, so I don't even know where they are getting some of their numbers. However, you do need to add more money/table to add 2 more hours, which I was fine with. I know! We are at 53 nights! So close!!!! We just need one more couple/person whatever to book for a week! That's not too much to ask!!! HA!!! But unfortunately the cousin's nights will not count BOOOOOOO But it wouldn't matter as unlimited events is 75 nights.

Seems as thought, I need this Beatriz as my coordinator! HA! So, I am feeling excited. My OOT bags are almost complete. I ordered t-shirts from Vista print yesterday for a great price. I am ordering plastic stein mugs today. I have all the medicines, etc...that I am also putting in them. I think I am putting more effort into those bags than my actual wedding! HA!! Hopefully everyone likes them as much as I do! I have the templates for the wedding survival kits / maracas and OOT bag tags, just need to paper to print it out! Things are moving along! I will post pix soon enough! I go in for my dress "viewing" on tuesday so maybe I will finally post my hair flower, earrings and bracelet then. Happy almost Friday!

about 6 weeks, but I did the last week of the 1st month twice since I had to take several days off those last 2 weeks for vacations and other obligations. Then we went out of town again this past weekend and I just can't get back into it! We have 3 months and I know I will get back into it, but it's hard right now for some reason???? I have been trying to eat healthy still! I will do it!!! (eventually) HA!!!!

Hi emma12!! It's all good, don't panic or do (we all do it!) But that's why this site is soooo great!!! I am doing the complimentary package, so you may want to verify this, but if you have a certain package all the table runners, chair sashes, flowers, etc...are included in your package, so you won't have to bring your own. I am bringing my own because complimentary just worked better for us and our colors. So, you should be good there! I decided to use the 35 person dinner reservation for our rehearsal dinner and have a private function for our reception. It costs more to do that, but I wanted music, space to do a first dance, a chance to hang out and mingle with everyone. We will rent the speakers for the I-pod set up. We opted not to have a DJ, we aren't having a ton of people. So, if you can budget it, I would consider a private function instead of the dinner reservation. You can do almost anything you want!!! It just takes patience in hearing back from the MP! You can always ask us questions too! Hope this helps a little!!!

I just found them so much cheaper online than what they have them priced at. Now if they charge a $250 set up fee, that changes everything!

I am so happy everything worked out as best it could and that you had a great time anyways!!! I try to follow the eating plan too! During the day it's easy, but dinner gets me! It's so bland! I can't take it and it makes me feel like binging, so I decided dinners will be toned down but I will still have flavor! The dinners were making me soooo crabby! I was left hungry and unfulfilled! As some of the other girls have stated, you do not need to pay extra for over 35, unless you do a Tiffany chair. Also all events are free and you do not need to pay upfront. That is only for your hotel room. Which will be reimbursed back to you a couple months later. I know it's tough! hang in there chica!!!! From my understanding the Caribbean Terrace has always been extra/pp. The only areas that are "free" for dinner are the restaurants and that's for wedding parties 35 and under. We are only having 20 people and we are paying for a private function to be able to be outside on Tucan Terrace. Caribbean is even more as they charge an additional PP fee since you have to use stairs to get up there! I am sorry that you are heard something different, but I have never heard of being able to have a dinner on any of the terraces without paying for it (unless you qualify for free events) Good luck on the invites!!! I didn't have engagement photos done, but I am the minority! I would love to do BD session, but I want to get into better shape, so we shall see!

OH NO!!! I am sooo sorry to hear that! I am a skier and my biggest fear this year thus far has been breaking something (knock on wood)! I assume you are in a cast? So I just read on the Palace FB page that they are trying "no wrist bands" at Aventura. Hopefully this means they will get rid of them PERIOD. I never liked wrist bands. Just FYI in case some of you brides are concerned about your bridal party wearing them.

I was under the impression as well that JSAV has a technician who runs it??? At least that's what it said in the paperwork I got. I will post templates when I am done. They helped me, so I for sure want to help others!!!
