Hi Ladies, I am selling off the rest of the brooches that I did not use in my bouquet. Clearly, I got too excited during the process! These are all ready to go, with floral wire and floral tape. All you need to do is put them in! Some are vintage, some bought off ebay, and some were even bought off a local bride from this forum. The larger ones were re-enforced with stronger wire to make them sturdy. I am selling by price point, so let me know by picture number which ones you would like to purchase. Hey! This is awesome! We are not yet sure where we will be staying but Dreams is definitely one of the contenders. I have researched like crazy, and would really like to stay at Secrets Vallarta, but it all really depends on the pricing. We will probably look at that this November. You never know, we may run into each other down there!

Hi Kate G, Yes Las Caletas is quite a bit more expensive than a resort, but completely worth it to us. You have the Paradise wedding package that starts at 2950 (not including guests) and goes up from there on what you want to add. ( hair & make up, Dj, massages, centerpieces etc.) But this one is only semi-private, which means that the people that go there for the tours are also there during your wedding (separate areas, i think) The Premier package however is fully private. So its just you and your guests This is the main reason we did not choose a resort, and the fact that we have been to LC before and fell in love with it. I agree with most of the girls here, I would not invite this person, and your fiance should understand why you do not want her there. This day is very important to every bride and the less stress you have on the day of and even the week of, the better! Unless his parents are paying for the whole wedding, I do not see any reason they should be offended if this person is not invited, family friend or not. Its your wedding, not theirs. We are only inviting people who support both of us as a couple. If this person is not supportive of both of you, that's where the decision should be made. Having a DW to me is so you can have the most important people in your lives share in your day.

Its really interesting to hear that a lot of you are going through the same things. I had my best friend over, who has also said 'yes' to being my MOH, and not once had she asked about the wedding planning all night. I was so excited to show her some of my ideas, and when I ask her to go do wedding stuff, she just says " tell me when and I'll be there". I have done a few things and she always has something come up, that she cant make it. It doesn't give me a lot of confidence for future planning.
