Hello all Brides to be ! I will be getting married at GBP Tulum in April (cant wait!!!). The details are pretty much sorted out however for our bouquets I was uncertain what our wedding coordinator (who has been great!!!) was describing in terms of color of the flowers. We want some white calla lilies and some orange ones. She was mentionning that the white calla lilies would be natural but the orange ones would be white calla lilies painted orange. Does anyone know what this means "painted", do the flowers look natural if painted ? Do you have any pictures of your flowers that were white and orange, or spray painted? Thanks for your help! I would like a french manicure and I am wondering how the quality of the work was and quality of the nail polish used. Photos would be appreciated as well if you have any. Thanks! Desiree

Hey Trisha .thanks for the pics! I think the beach is definitely the spot ! so beautiful and natural !! Emily, Congratulations...my date is April 5th...April is coming soon! In terms of any tips I guess at this point the best thing is to make sure you have mostly everything settled with your coordinator (mine is Jazmin and she is great-we work really well together through email). I suggest you get your guest list and seating arrangements to her more than a month in advance at least. Also make sure to book your hair appointments at the salon. You coordinator can give you the details. Since you are a busy mom just try not to stress too much.The coordinators are great and just keep in touch with them. They'll let you know what your missing. Hello! i am wondering if anyone knows the cost to rent the golf clubs at the golf course at Gran Bahia Tulum? Also is it mandatory to rent a golf cart? If so, how much? also how much is a round of golf? Or is the golf free...but clubs and cart rental have fees? Thanks! Desiree

Hola ! Getting married at Gran Bahia Principe Tulum resort in April 2012! SO excited! We are debating on getting married on the beach (on the sand) or at the Gazebo. Reception is at 4pm and we have 46 guests. What are your opinions on both locations? One better than the other? How is the view from the Gazebo and could it seat 46 guests at the Gazebo (I saw pictures and the area looks small). Thanks !!! Desiree

I am very happy to be getting married in Mexico. I am just curious as to the other brides' thoughts not in terms of them being stolen not only in Mexico but on the trip down there. I am wondering if my fiance and I should just wear the rings on our fingers for the plane ride, instead of keeping them in the ring box in our carry on. Also in case they get lost, or if they wear them in the ocean or keep them in the safe. My mind would be more at ease if I knew there was a programmable safe or we could just wear them the whole trip even before we get married.

Hello! I am getting married at the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum in April 2012. I am wondering what peoples thoughts are on bringing the really wedding rings to the resort? Is it safe to travel with these expensive items? What about wearing the rings while on vacation? I would definitely not want to risk having the rings stolen. Thanks! Desiree
